Went here for our anniversary and they made it a very memorable night. The servers were super friendly and very accommodating, especially James at the bar! Food was so delicious and the view was amazing. Highly recommend the nachos as an appetizer. I had the buffalo burger, it was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The crème brûlée cheesecake was amazing. The ONLY thing I can complain about is a few of the menu options being unavailable, but still a great experience.

Staying at the Cheyenne Mountain resort toward the end of our Colorado vacation. We ate dinner tonight at the Gates Grill on the resort site. We did not have a reservation, but the dual bar tender plus host graciously served us on a patio table outside the restaurant. We had the pretzel starter that was simply amazing, the mustard dip is completely homemade. Enjoyed some excellent pizza and salad.

Incredible dinner, highly recommend! We had exceptional service with tasty food and drinks; the waiter even offered a great suggestion for us. Loved the putter pretzels and alluvia salad! The setting was impeccable, absolutely perfect in the pristine foothills of the mountains. Tonight we came to celebrate all the hard work we have accomplished, and this was a wonderful place to do so. We will certainly be back again.

Worst service in the evening. I attended a conference here in April. The staff was very rude. We were told we had to look at the menu on our phone. 30 minutes later the waitress returned with some drinks, to take our order. When we ordered we were told, in an annoyed tone, that we couldn’t have some foods because the menu had changed and they were no longer on the menu. Finally got our order in, 45 minutes later our food came out, some was burned, meat was not cooked to order, and allergy accommodations that were requested were not made. Then we had to ask for silverware. We waited ten minutes, with food in front of us, for silverware, and another 30 for wrong orders to be fixed. When the issues were brought to our waitresses attention, she said “ oh. Sorry.” And walked off. She added her own gratuity to the bill, which I subtracted. Sorry, I leave cash tips. Don’t assume, the party wasn’t that big. Here’s a tip. DO BETTER!
