This was maybe my fourth time coming here since they have been open. I keep coming back for the wings, especially the gatecity sauced wings. They are definitely some of the best in the city. And that’s where it ends. The cabbage looked and tasted like it came straight out of the can. The collards as well. And there’s no other way to say it but the Mac n cheese was nasty. Greasy and separated like it had been sitting out. Service is always pleasant, it has to Sped up some since the last time I was there. The only reason I’ll be back is to try their margarita tower and the wings of course.

My first visit and everything was delicious. We did a variety of foods like hot honey wings, fried shrimp w/fries, fried pork chops w/ cabbage and mac and it was soooo good seasoned to perfection. Our server Ms Kay was awesome as well. I will be back asap!

I ordered from door dash and to begin this is my first time ordering from this place. My wings were missing completely, the mozzarella sticks had no cheese pull, very stiff, the macaroni was very bland, and the cheese fries were soggy. I’m very unhappy after hearing so many good reviews, I hate that this is my experience. Will not be eating here again.

First and LAST time I will be eating here. I normally don’t write reviews and I hate leaving bad ones at that. But I could’ve gotten better wings from the corner store. I only got half the order I paid for (my fault I didn’t check it before I left) the fries tasted microwaved I was overall completely unsatisfied

I’ve been to GCT numerous times and have had a great experience each visit! The fish, wings, collards, Mac n cheese and yams are absolutely delicious! This is a go-to spot for drinks and nightlife as well!

It’s a local bar/pub but the food is superb! For faster service U have to go in to order and I would recommend early in the day before the bar gets full of ppl. It opens at 1130. Strong drinks so be careful ordering one when waiting for your food! Lol!

This was a very nice place with good music great food the wings, pork chops, yams and cabbage was off the chain they had a paint and sip going on the afternoon we went and the people were so friendly great costumer service and the bartender was the best she fixed me a drink call “The Leg Spreader” and that’s all I’m gonna say about that will be back next time I’m in the area Loved it
