Fast and courteous service! Food was ready exactly when advised and as ordered. The place is cute and clean. I got the Hot Crispy Chicken…which was definitely HOT (and I like spicy food). In the spirit of constructive feedback, the spices did seem to be a bit much. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the sandwich was generously sized, but cayenne seasonings and spices were essentially falling out of it when I opened the sandwich. Reducing that by a bit (maybe half?) would still give it a solid “kick”. As it is the seasoning is overpowering – it was hard to even taste the pickles or slaw because of that, some might not even be able to eat it. Overall though, I see the potential and am hoping they’ll work on this recipe in particular. In the meantime, I definitely want to try more of the menu.

We stopped in an ordered dinner! Brought it home to eat! Food was delicious!! Great portions! We ordered the cheeseburgers and the chicken tenders. They were huge and tasty! My husband only ate one of his burgers. We have leftovers for lunch!

Best burger in Amherst and the fries are always well seasoned and crisp. The lunch combo is $12 for a cheeseburger, fries and a drink. This is cheaper than some combos at fast food places!

I went in not even sure what to expect. When i saw it was a burger joint, my expectations dropped due to places like McDonald’s and burger king. However, when i bit into one of there Double-Double’s i was astounded by the depth of flavor. The burgers were fresh, the bun soft, the tomatoes crisp as well as the lettuce. And their Iconic Sauce simply tied the whole thing together, creating a juicy delicious meal. They only opened recently but i will be returning often, hungry for more.

We ordered the cheeseburger and 4-pc Chicken combos and they were both very delicious. Everything was fresh and prepared to order quickly. Highly recommend Gastrolab to anyone who wants something quick and delicious.

Great place to grab a sandwich for lunch. Had a burger in the past it was very good. Had the spicy chicken sandwich this time. It was the best chicken sandwich in the area. The service was excellent and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.
