I was picking up take out and happily waited the few extra minutes they said it would be. It was much longer which would have been perfectly fine if I had not witnessed the workers having issues with basic tasks but then a delivery driver came in. The driver was a female… polite and just trying to do her job. The female owner was terribly flustered about everything then the male owner came up front and berated this driver and was so degrading and rude to this woman. I think a dessert was missing and driver brought it to their attention. They did not like that. Then. A child – yes a minor child with no gloves etc – is to get dessert but isn’t trained and struggling. I understand instilling work ethic but isn’t that not allowed. Anyway I’m never going back due to the way I saw paying customer treated badly. And honestly the food is very average. Nothing special. Go to ER for nice Italian this is amateur with rude owners.

Very delicious food! I got the Chicken French delivered to me and it was awesome. Never been to the restaurant physically but the food was nicely packaged for delivery, came with a side of bread and butter, and was a pretty big portion that I’m taking the rest home after work. Highly recommend!

Food is consistently delicious. I ordered through grubhub today and Joe called me to make sure the way they packaged it was okay before sending it out. Super considerate and I’ve never experienced that before. It shows they actually care about the service they provide. And the food is 10/10

The Garlic Pit had a small, authentic Italian restaurant feel to me. I enjoyed the easy, rustic Italian decor. We came in with a party of 7 with reservation during the middle of the week. Even with the reservations, we still needed to wait for about 5 minutes to be seated in a very small waiting area that was already a bit full.

Aside from the Olive Gardens and Buca di Beppas of the world, we have very little to choose from in authentic Italian cuisine unless you go over to the west coast of FL.
