The food was so mid and expensive. Garlic Jim’s used to be pizza heaven! It’s been five years since I’ve had it and WHAT HAPPENED? For starters, the wings were cold and definitely were microwaved. Even undercooked. I don’t care if they’re frozen or not but MAKE THEM RIGHT! It had little to no sauce. For the pizza, it was greasy and had little toppings. IT WAS COLD TOO! The taste of the pizza was alright but this place is going down if they don’t step up their game. Total was around 44 dollars for a large pizza that was definitely too small for large The wings and three garlic butters ( +$4 ) $48.

This is the pizza joint the family and I always go to (from the east coast, fyi). The pizza and service is great! I will select Garlic Jim’s over many other places in the area. Recently my wife placed a to-go order and it was incorrect when I arrived to pick the order up from getting off work. It was not ready because of items they ran out of. They offered to correct it with another item, but I did not want to wait. About an hour after I got home from trying to pick up the order. Scott the owner of the store gave me a call to apologize for what had happened. He corrected everything and apologized for what had happened. In today’s world you don’t find customer service like this. This goes to the end of the world in my book, lifetime customer. Thank you Scott and the Garlic Jim’s Corp. Great pizza. Gluten free options. Smoky bbq chicken is amazing and so is the jalapeno cheese bread. They have a 25% discount if you’re a Boeing employee or vendor. Delivery is fast and always comes hot.

Had an amazing experience in choosing GarlicJim’s for my work anniversary party today. It was a large order with a variety of items. I called it in 24 hrs in advance. Peter graciously took my order and assisted me on selections to get the most bang for my budget. He was friendly and very efficient. When I came to pick up the order, I was immediately greeted by their friendly team, who planned perfectly to have everything hot and ready, and the cold items were very nicely chilled and even helping me to my car with the order. My team raved about how awesome and fresh the food was. Just a superior experience with both the quality of the food and the prompt, friendly customer service, and the variety of food options for feeding (and pleasing) a large group. All which rendered exceptional value for this event. Thank you Garlic Jim’s, we’ll be back!!

Editing my review. Garlic Jim’s used to be the pizza you craved for a year ago. I don’t know what happened it’s as if I ordered breadsticks. This pizza I just had delivered to my door was about the poorest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. It was cold, had to pop it in the microwave. The cheese runs so thin and so clear I had a hard time locating any. The onion slices were strings of floss. There was a lacking amount of toppings, even though I ordered five of them! Didn’t even see basil on it. It was a sad Pizza and it made me sad for garlic Jim’s. My kids ate the pie for pi day I will not be looking for a refund or replacement. I will not be paying $42 to have a sad pizza delivered again.
