The place is filled with bright colors, nice decor. Option to dine outdoors under the yellow metal awning where there are tables set up, and 2 big comfortable sofas or dine indoors in the main dining room. Servers are attentive, and professional. I ordered 2 margaritas, first one regular, 2nd one watermelon, however they ran out of watermelon so i opted for the strawberry, and they served complimentary salsa and chips. They were delicious. The food was hot, and tasted delicate to the palate. I ordered guac as an appetizer, shrimp cocktail Mexican style, and a meat plate, and to finish for dessert plain Flan. They offer vegan, as well as other delicious looking options. The portions were not excessive nor small. I enjoyed the experience very much. I went back again a few days later with my wife, and her best friend.

everything i had was delicious, i really recommend the birria tacos. the servers were very attentive, the margaritas were $14 which is expensive but also they were gigantic. will definitely be coming here again 🙂

Cute restaurant, love the decorations and string light wall. GREAT Margaritas, a few different flavors too. Quesabirria tacos were great, melt in your mouth, for sure. Staff was nice.

Awful service. Waitress took 30 minutes to introduce herself and didn’t check up on us at all. We waited over an hour for our food to come. We had to chase down another server to get the check. Meal took 3 1/2 hours. It was Cinco de Mayo, but Mexican restaurants have to be prepared for their busiest day of the year. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down their server.

The staff and owner are awesome! So friendly, so accommodating, so helpful… Service not only with a smile but also a few laughs! My husband and I had a great time chatting with the owner! Okay let’s talk FOOD! Everything we ordered – mostly standard items, were DELICIOUS! Everything was so fresh and flavorful… From the chips and salsa they start you out with, to the guacamole, ceviche and chicken and beef tostada… Something new for us, that we had been dying to try, was the birria or quesabirria tacos… we decided on the quesabirria (because who doesn’t like cheese) and it comes with this dipping sauce which is more like a mouthwatering soup… OH EM GEE – FANTASTIC!! We literally wanted to drink it LOL … Oh and the ambience is wonderful whether you sit inside or out. Please do yourself a favor and give Gardenias a try… you will not be disappointed!
