The Garden of Eat’n is known for serving farm to fork, locally sourced ingredients. The Cafe serves chef inspired salads, wraps, sandwiches, Mac n cheese, rice bowls and plading. They make eating healthy in a fast casual atmosphere possible. The salads are generously proportioned and prepared to perfection. The barbecue ranch chicken salad is one of my favorites. It’s a delicious mixture of chopped romaine, grape tomatoes, corn, red onion, tortilla strips, Coby Jack cheese, lemon pepper chicken with homemade ranch and barbecue sauce drizzle. The salad is perfectly paired with an assortment of bottled beverages or Stubborn sodas located on the fountain machine. Stubborn sodas do not use artificial sweetener sweeteners, high fructose corn syrup or dyes. It’s not a great date spot, but it’s a great place to grab a healthy meal. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

New to the area and we were missing the organic eateries of home. So glad we found this place. The Caribbean Rice Bowl is amazing and they allowed us to switch up the chicken for shrimp in the Mediterranean bowl which was very good. The tri-tip was very tender as well. I have always loved Garden of Eat’n, but yesterday was a major disappointment. I paid $15.00 for a sandwich. The amount of fillings was about 1/2 the amount that they used to serve. I don’t know if they are trying to save money, but they will lose customers. Maybe because I didn’t tip for a sandwich to go, but that would be even worse. I hope that they reassess their serving portions.

I prefer the Roseville location. This location did not have the seasonal menu. The wraps were not wrapped as good for to go. They used a different technique to wrap their wraps to-go, in a way where they fall apart. The food tasted great and the employees were sweet, but it just doesn’t compare to the Roseville one. Also they have a much smaller drink selection

Food there is fantastic. Unfortunately I waited over a half hour for my food and finally decided to cancel my order and leave. Had I known it was going to take more than 30 minutes when I ordered I would have went somewhere else. The girls were doing great, overworked. There was only two of them. So one had to keep running back to take orders. Which left only one girl making food. I felt sorry for them. I feel they should have let me know and how long it was going to be before my sandwich was available. Needless to say I left. But they’re definitely understaffed.
