Garcia’s Taqueria took me on a great culinary journey. The amazing burrito, filled with savory goodness, paired perfectly with a refreshing Pacifico beer. The chips were delightful too. The cozy evening ambience and attentive staff added to the experience. Authentic Mexican cuisine in an old-school setting. Highly recommended!

You need to try their pozole! About $14 for a good portion of tender meat, flavorful broth, and LOTS of hominy. They give you a side of tostada chips and chopped raw veggies (onions, cabbage, and radish). The portion is very generous and could easily feed two people. I also really enjoyed the mixed pupusa! Nice crispy texture and flavor. I would definitely order it again.

good place to hear music, but god damm everytime I go the cashiers are terrible taking the orders, check and repeat your order several times. But yet they still mess up on your order, and the waitress need some work cause they have no idea how to serve th client. They just always seem out of it and mess up everytime.

This is the most authentic joint in Sunnyvale. I have come here many times over the years and always really enjoy whatever I order. Kind of a local hangout. You order at the cashier, then they bring the food to your table. They have a jukebox that you can pay to blast music (be warned it’s kinda loud). Parking lot is also tiny. Food is worth all the annoyances.

I ordered lastnight from this place. I got asada tacos and a shrimp cocktail. this place is gross, the meat was rubbery and taste old/ the shrimp cocktail was so nasty i threw it away because i’m almost 100% sure it would of made me sick the next day. I don’t recommend this place ever to anyone.

This place is so good. It doesn’t matter what you order, it always tastes great. I am a huge fan of the pozole and gorditas. This is my favorite place for either of these.

It was a late Saturday night when I approached this place with an overwhelming hunger for a burrito. Trusting the reviews on Google, I walked in, confident. I put in my order and sat down, “surely my food will be ready soon!” I thought optimistically. I waited for what seemed like forever, but was actually 40 minutes. As I wiggled in my chair, every minute becoming more overcome by hunger, I turned my gaze toward the kitchen in the hopes of seeing my order being made. To my despair, that is not what I saw. Instead, I saw a man, a gloveless man, picking at what could have only been his last molar. Our eyes locked. Flustered, he immediately went in the back to wash his hands. But I knew. I knew what you, the reader, also knows. I could feel it. That man had just finished making my burrito. As another employee brought me my order, my whole life flashed before my eyes. So many regrets, so many mistakes, all bringing me to this moment. And that night, my friends, I made a decision. To have Five Guys for dinner.
