Looks nice, great service, good chips n salsa. That’s it, though. The food was so bland and no flavor at all. Didn’t finish it. I thought I had covid for a sec.

Excellent service with excellent food! This restaurant is pretty quick to get your food out and everything is absolutely amazing!! My personal favorite dish here is the Tampico Chicken! There is super nice table service and every time you come you get chips and salsa!

I visited today with my friend and we’re not impressed to say the least. The guacamole was terrible with no flavor at all and it started to turn dark. That’s no bueno!~ The next thing is the “bean dip” that was served with the salsa, let’s just say it tasted like canned refried beans, nothing special and that’s another strike. I asked the waitress about the texture and said it was made with cream cheese. I didn’t taste any cream cheese, it tasted like the texture of canned refried beans. The cheese enchilada was flat in appearance and no flavor and it was nothing special. The refried beans that were on my plate were completely different from the ones served in the “bean dip”. They were good to the taste. I really enjoyed the rice, that was the best part of the whole meal. The salsa tasted like it was from a can or a bottle not made fresh on premise, too salty!! The chips were fried there which was a plus and my biggest pet peeve’s. Overall I gave them 3 stars ⭐️ and that was generous. The waitress was really polite and attentive.

Well… I do agree the place is beautiful. Our service was okay, she seemed like she really didn’t want to be there, or serving us, or serving ingeneral. Maybe she was upset on how they split sections cause she mentioned, she “forgets about us” where we were so, maybe that didn’t help. She never really smiled, didn’t ask if we wanted desert before the bill was put on the table so we just made her walk extra.. She came to the table rare enough that when she did show we just asked for a whole bunch of things all at once. She didn’t get the order completely right but we weren’t charged for what she missed, I don’t think she heard us. When we asked for a chip refill she looked at us with a look that seemed like “oh you need more?”…

Had a really amazing night with my girlfriend at Garcia’s with some amazing food and absolutely fantastic service from our waiter his name was Coltin he was so very nice and didn’t bother us too much or too little and always came over to help us out when we needed something. They made my steak perfect when I asked for medium rare it came with 2 shrimp skewers with 6-7 shrimp on each. The marinade and seasoning on the steak is absolutely to die for. It was my second time here and it has been impressive both times. My girlfriend got the Tampico stuffed chicken and it was pretty good although the cream cheese on it was really thick but still enjoyable. To all reading this go spend 30$-40$ and enjoy yourself with wonderful service at Garcias

So this is the 2nd time we have been here and had issues with the service and the food not being correct. The staff here is very rude and unprofessional especially when it comes to telling them they made a mistake. Everyone messes up now and then but take responsibility and don’t be rude to your customers because you made a mistake. I don’t see this place lasting too long with the way it is run. Also, the manager Amanda was very rude and kept looking at our table and rolling her eyes. In my opinion it all starts at the top and rolls downhill. You might want to consider hiring managers that actually know how to be professional. We will not be coming back to this location or any other.

Service was good. The building itself along with the decor is beautiful, but the food is subpar. It tasted fine but once it all settled, my wife and I didn’t feel to great. Needless to say we’ve spent a while on the toilet. Probably not a place we’ll go again. But I bet they’ll eventually get better.

Service was good and the wait staff were very professional. Cocktails (Margaritas) took way too long to arrive, considering. The food was good but, arrived cold, except for the fajitas, they were HOT, would have liked the vegetables to have been cooked longer and allowed to caramelize more, the onions especially, were too crunchy. With the competition for Mexican-style food so well established in Pocatello, Garcia’s needs to step up their game!
