I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. I’ve always enjoyed the food and the staff. However there’s one lady that is so unpleasant, I’ll be going out of my way to the other location now. Every time I’m in there, her attitude is just terrible. I don’t know her name but she’s the one with a face tattoo (no judgment, I’m heavily tattooed). A few months ago she was very rude so I didn’t go back for a while. But she was there today. I walked in, she gave me a very dirty look, walked away, and another VERY sweet employee took my order. As I paid, I could see the rude woman in the kitchen glaring at me. She’s rude to customers and doesn’t seem too nice to her coworkers either. It’s just very uncomfortable. So much so I won’t be going back.

I love this place. Fresh, relatively healthy “fast food.” I’m a regular customer and when my mom comes to visit from Illinois, she always wants to eat here too because she says they have nothing like it where she lives. I’ve never had anything I didn’t like from Garbanzo, the quality is really consistent, and the prices are fair. I’d rather spend my money on a gyro from Garbanzo than a greasy burger somewhere else.

We’re from Cheyenne and this was always one of our go to places when we come to Fort Collins. BUT we just ate there and it was definitely not like it used to be. We came in 2 HOURS before they close they wouldn’t make my daughter a kids grill cheese. They don’t make the pittas fresh anymore I guess because I watched the lady open a bag and throw them in. All that I would have been fine with but they were sitting there cleaning 2 hours before closing had no drinks besides there fountain drinks never let us know. Someone came in to get there to go order and it wasn’t even started or ready. Seems like they were more concerned about cleaning than serving there customers. Then we looked up and I’m pretty sure I saw mold growing in the left upper corner by the food.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food was so delicious! We enjoyed sitting outside. I really appreciated that all food items were labeled if they were gluten free or vegan. The cilantro sauce was the best sauce I’ve ever had!

I’ve been going to this establishment for the past few years. I’ve the past few years the quality of food and service has drastically declined. With in the past 5 visits they are always out of something. Today they were out of hummus… how is a Mediterranean food establishment not have hummus? Maybe I’m the idiot for giving this place a try over and over. The excuse was and always is “we’re waiting for our truck”. I know how to plan weekly orders for restaurants and it’s really not that hard. It’s a numbers and trends game. Maybe this rant is pointless but I’m just giving everyone a fair warning that this place is declining.

Everything was great from the greeting as we were waiting our turn through checking out. Good service, I love how they mix everything now instead of layering into the pita! Great kid selection as well. I wish their tea/lemonade were labeled with “sweetened” or not, I had to try a few to see.
