You’re not going to get a bad meal here. Whatever you decide on, you’ll be pleased with what you get. It’s a family owned business and recipes straight from their home turf in Italy. Fair prices and incredible food!

Very friendly service. Outstanding pizza. Wonderful neighborhood “joint” that deserves its popularity. We ate in — there’s maybe 10 tables altogether — but the bulk of their business seems to be takeout, as witnessed by the steady stream of customers.

I tried this place for the first time for delivery and I was pleasantly surprised that everything tasted good. We paid $$$$ more than I expected but in the end it was worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed so definitely give this place a try. I highly recommend this place but make them repeat your order to you before hanging up the phone. If not, your order will show-up and I gaurantee something will be missing, trust me.

I been coming to this pizzeria for about 20 years I loved the food it tasted as close to home cooking u can get last nite I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo added chicken and a fettuccine Alfredo add shrimp the chicken was cut into squares something I never seen this restaurant do before and the Alfredo sauce tasted like it was out of a jar now like I said I no the quality of food this place use to serve last nite the food tasted like it was made from some pizzeria in Wyoming or something I called and explained to the owner that the food was not what I am use to eating he told me the cook is the same no new ownership and I told him I was gonna bring the food back it was not up the owner then proceeded to hang the phone up on me I wont be going back to gandolpho and it’s disappointing cause about four years ago I put up a great review on this place the food has changed and the way it’s being prepared has changed

I’ve been coming here with my family for almost 20 years. We have been regulars at Gandolfo’s and loyal customers for as long as I can remember, he even has my dad’s phone number saved in his phone . This is one of the best Pizza places in Jersey and is very underrated. I also love their chicken caesar salad and garlic knots. I love the food, the vibe, and the service.

What a fabulous find. Stumbled across this Italian place tucked in on Bergenline Ave in North Bergen, NJ this week as we were taking a walk. My son noticed that the pizza boxes stacked were huge. We walked in, nicely greeted & watch the maestro create a fabulous large pizza for us. Kneaded the dough, shredded the cheese fresh for each pizza & cooked to perfection. Will be back to try the fine Italian dishes that were posted. We were elated, as we are from Michigan & our puzzas are pretty good, but this one is to die for. Thank you Gandolfos. See you again in a couple of months ♡

A great pie! Probably the best I’ve had in my journeys to jersey! The locals seem to go after the pasta here as much as the pizza so there will definitely be a second visit another time! Oh, and that sauce on the pizza; it’s the magic!
