Gambino’s is one of only a handful of restaurant options in St. Marys. The entire experience was such a disappointment, and I hope someone can turn this place around. The building exterior looks as though it hasn’t been touched in years. The landscape is over grown and flooded with weeds. The interior and bathrooms looked to be clean but severely neglected.

Good food with a quite environment in a small town. It’s not fast food generally a twenty minute wait from when the food is ordered till served but that is most pizza parlors. Sunday football on during buffet hours with a pretty good selection of wings to order from, so get Buffet or order a pie and wings while you enjoy your favorite team playing.

Not the greatest pizza, but it works in a pinch. The staff on the other hand are the rudest pack of people I have ever come across. There is one girl who works the phones on occasion and honestly, she deserves a huge raise for her friendly attitude and great customer service. As for the rest of them, I have no clue how they still have jobs there.

I called for delivery. Where I was located at a truck stop the lady on the phone told me it would be about $9.99 for a delivery charge. Her name is Mary and she was very rude and Curt on the phone. She had a real bad attitude. The pizza was subpar. Rubbery texture and the cheese hardly any sauce. The crust was dry. The calzones they make they only use mozzarella and cheddar cheese they don’t even put ricotta in it. The wings were okay. We ordered two orders of wings a calzone and a large pizza and our bill came out to $54. Not worth it. Never again. Lesson learned.

Okay where to start, the ‘buffet’ area is roughly 4 medium pizzas cut tiny and some cheesybread, the place is disgusting. The floors are dirty the wall is white and there are some black from dirty just piling up and from what it looks like it’s only ran by two people. The atmosphere is the equivalent to a rock in a pile of rocks. And I found insects in the place, small ants were on my plate after I was done eating. The food is not good and it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

The last to orders I have placed have taken over an hour for the first order and this order I have been waiting for over 2 hours now and have no other help other than they should be here soon. If you want to order from here don’t do delivery if you want to eat at a decent and reasonable time.
