Saturday evening I ordered a take out a Sausage Cravers with a coupon to get Any Large Pizza for the price of a Medium. It cost me $23.48? I asked if that was correct and the young woman said yes. I’d sure hate to have seen the price without the coupon. My last visit was one of the best pizza’s I’ve had, last nights pizza and experience was the worst ever.

If the pizza on the buffet would have been hot and fresh at 12:45, I would have given them 5 stars. But no the pizza looked gross and was cold. All the employees did was warmed up the pizza instead of making FRESH PIZZA. All I had for lunch was a salad. My mouth was watering for pizza. What a let down . Also we didn’t order sodas but they charged us for 2 drinks. Husband wanted water so we received a partial refund for the drink.

Ordered dine in, after 45 minutes we went up to ask about our order. They gave us half the order, which had be boxed and set on top the over, the other was in the over – 20 minutes later. When asked for a refund, they brought out the other pizza and said ‘sorry’. No offer of anything for the time. In addition, the four employees were too busy playing in the back throwing food at each other instead of taking care of their customers.

Ok, I normally really enjoy this establishment. But after the phone call I just had today (October 19th 2021 @ around 1710) I do not believe I will ever order from them again. Reason being, I called to order pizza and the immature guy on the phone was burping during the entire phone call and in the background you could hear the other employees laughing. Don’t mind jokes but if this is the way the owner runs his business. I will gladly travel to Topeka to a different pizzeria.

We ordered online and picked up our food. The pizza was not hot, semi warm and was burnt. We paid over $50 for burnt dinner. We are new to the area and are highly disappointed with this establishment. Next time we will drive to Topeka for pizza.

Toxic Chicken
Called and waited on the line for quite a bit till they picked up, could hear the buzzing of a register in the background. not a word was spoken and they hung up, Called back later and a girl pretended she couldn’t hear me.. Unbenounced to her I could hear my own voice coming back from their end of the line, tested my mic directly after to give them the benefit of the doubt.. it works. So yeah not great customer service, also they’ve always been a bit overpriced (IMO) could learn a thing or two from the Mexican place down the street

I try to eat their lunch buffet at least once a week. Their ‘salad only’ is a great value. It’s simple, but includes everything I’d expect and like on a salad bar in a setting like this. Their Pizza and other hot food items are very tasty. Staff is always nice and friendly. Try it, you’ll like it.
