Pizza here is alright. Kind of a mix between neapolitan and New York style pizza. Generous with the toppings. The bacon you could definitely tell was actually smoked bacon. Pretty good pizza. A little floppy and more goopy in the middle. Overall decent though. Probably wouldn’t go out of my way to get it again though. Neat spot though.

Ordered food from here in the food hall. Unintentionally sat down to eat across from this place and saw the cashier, food preparer, and dishwasher came from behind their booth to pet, pickup and hug a dog from a person that they appeared to be familiar with brought by. After playing with the dog for at least five minutes, they went back behind the counter and resumed their assigned duties. Not one person washed their hands. None of them wore gloves which would not even have justified the fact. The person preparing orders didn’t even wash her hands. That is VERY unsanitary, imagine the germs on their hands from the dog, hair on the shirts from picking the dog up falling into your food as no aprons are worn. Would never eat here again based on that experience.

If you enjoy NY style pizza, then this your place! The slices are massive, and the toppings are generous. Even if you don’t like NY style, the pizza is worth it! I’d definitely recommend going in hungry because you will get your monies worth. Service is great and the location is easy to get in and out of. The other food they have is also great, so if pizza just isn’t your thing then you’ll have something else to try. I’d recommend the Stromboli and the Sal the butcher sandwich.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I was excited to try the GF pizza option at the North market Dublin location. I was disgusted by watching the guy working make my pizza with no gloves on! He was using his phone and making my pizza at the same time! It is uncleanly. I requested he wear gloves prior to making my pizza because I seen him making other peoples food with no gloves, he did NOT put gloves on. I asked for a refund and notified the manager as to why I was not going to eat the pizza. No apology was given and I watched while the guy continued on with no gloves!

Haven’t had a bite yet. But the lack of professionalism behind the counter is a solid 2 stars. They were rude and short when taking the order, handed me someone else’s, and proceeded to pack mine up as pictured when I hasn’t been asked whether it was for dine in or Togo. They had an attitude about it and shoved it all in a box still on plates and it tore the slices up. With so many options in one place it will be easy to avoid them from now on.
