Lovely little place, we came to try the Halibut Fish and Chips. Great tasting but too expensive ($25) for our budget. Could use a more expansive Irish Whiskey selection. The outside gives the wrong impression, inside it’s an elegant, warm, tablecloth eatery and bar.

Had the shrimp,scallop, fish and fries. Scallops and shrimp were delicious. The fish had an odd flavor, like it was just beginning to go bad. I didn’t care for the fries at all. I won’t be going back. We mentioned our dislike of the fish. We were told the fish was fresh and that was as far as they took it. No substitution for the fish or discount on the bill. All 3 of us felt the same that something wasn’t right with the fish. I’ve been a server for years and this is not how you get repeat customers.

We almost left this place before we had a chance to order because the staff did not notice us for several minutes. However, a waiter approached our table just when we were about to walk out. I ordered the vegetarian entree with a baked potato (see picture). It was delicious, the portobello mushroom was stuffed with veggies and covered in melted cheese. My side of baked potato came with a cup of sour cream and a cup of green onions and bacon. The bacon seemed bizarre given that I explicitly ordered a vegetarian dish (it was in a cup so easy not to eat). Our server Zack was very entertaining and helpful once he got to us. They had several kind of beer on tap… I would recommend this place if you are not in a hurry.

My go to place for pizza in Eureka. My wife and I have always enjoyed their extra large mushroom, sausage and peperoni pizza. Well, today it being Election Day 2022 I bought two extra large peperoni pizzas for the elections crew. The total was less than $50 for both pizzas. Good times!

Left before we could order food. Took 20 plus minutes to get our drinks and when we tried to order server didn’t know if they had what we wanted but then told us we shouldn’t get that anyway. Went to check if they had it and took a longtime to come back. We ended up leaving.

Great place, tasty food, comfortable atmosphere with a nautical theme. We got there just after 12pm and the place filled up fast with the lunch crowd. I got the scallops and chips with a side salad and my husband got the French dip with Au Jus sauce, everything was fresh and very good. Next time we will save room for the Irish bread pudding
