Fast friendly service and delicious food. Fajita nachos were good for a starter. I had the enchilada trio, which I really liked. It was hot and fresh. The beef enchilada ended up being my favorite, followed by the chicken. The cheese enchilada was okay. Another dish we had was the pechuga veracruz which was very good as well. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Fajitas for two was a great portion size and filled up the tummy well.

In the area for business, and decided to stop for lunch. The food was good, portions were nice, and the service was great. I ordered tea, but it tasted swampy (I assume from the local water), so I replaced it with Dr. Pepper.

We were looking for a good and fulfilling meal after visiting the Newman’ Castle. Galileo’ was a saviour. Great food, fulfilling quantity and extremely kind servers. One of us mistakenly ordered a different dish but our server was extremely sweet to change it without any hassel. Also when I asked for To-go jar for my leftover softdrink, he instantly got me a new fully filled jar
