We have been ordering their pizza for about 4 years now. We probably place 50 orders per year (every week). Out of all those orders, perhaps a handful each year have small mistakes in them, but over 90% are spot on and consistent. Almost always the delivery is within the window stated on the online checkout or before. I have only waited a long time perhaps 2 times in 4 years? I’m perplexed by all the reviews who insist that they are regulars but then one mistake in an order sends them to Google to write a bad review. (Sigh). Look, this is the best pizza in town, and the owners aren’t making it into the local newspapers for actively breaking public health laws like the other pizza place in Kent City. So, in all, it’s a great place with really darn decent pizza and calzones, and passable wings. The prices on their specials are hard to beat. Their delivery drivers are always kind folks — please tip them well!

Been getting galaxy pizza for years. Till now. The girl on the phone was distracted by something or someone. After telling her my order 4 times she still couldn’t get it right. So I’ll get my food from the other pizza place in town. Hard to make money if you push your customer’s away

They make the best pizza, it was made just the way my husband and I like our pizza we ordered a LG with ham, bacon, pepperoni, onion and extra cheese it looked amazing. We will order from there again and again plus they have awesome service and friendly staff.

The sauce is amazing, their cheesy bread sticks are the BEST I’ve ever had! Great quality pizza/subs, toppings, and very good choices!. Chicken wings and salads are great, the cinnamon sticks are awesome. The staff is very helpful and friendly, it’s always clean and nice on the inside. Haven’t had a bad order, and honestly, it might be some of the best pizza I have tasted! Highly recommend!.
