By far the best ramen in Boulder and as good as I had when living in Japan. Attractive atmosphere, great staff and tasty appetizers and specialty cocktails. We also loved their brand new restaurant in Fort Collins, which I also highly recommend.

Wonderful Ramen with a very friendly vibe! Service was very friendly however they forgot our drink order and one of the dishes, they fixed it right away when we mentioned it.

Got two kinds of ramen and the Salmon rice. Rice came out burnt, miso ramen was basically flavorless. The steamed bun appetizer was the highlight of the meal.

me and my boyfriend came here too find they only have two broth made from chicken or vege and dont understand tonkatsu ramen is fried pork cutlet, they gave us canadian bacon in chicken broth. two bowls and appetizer for $50 before tip, of prepackaged food. my boyfriends ramen had a centimeter of oil floating on the top.pic included

Inviting atmosphere for a single lady, approachable and friendly staff. Enjoyed Shoyu Ramen to the last drop. My young waitress kindly asked if I wanted more noodles which I agreed to but mistakably presumed it’s on the house. Overall a pleasant experience.

I had Tonkatsu Ramen, my husband had Pork Belly fried rice and son had chicken fried rice. We had edamame as an appetizer to start. The portions were perfect. I had leftovers, but the price is reasonable for portion size. There was also a discount with another store so we saved 10%. My brother in law tried Ramen for the first time here, and he is hooked now! Thanks Gaku Ramen!

One of the best Ramen in Boulder, but I have had better Ramen. The ambience was cute. We went with in warmer weather, so we were sat outside on the patio. I recommend getting the Ramen with the shrimp.

This food was absolutely incredible! The best ramen I’ve had in Boulder. Good location right on Pearl:) The service was so welcoming and kind. Beautiful and clean building with a lovely open storefront. 10/10 highly recommend this restaurant!
