Management here is a joke! Thought I would give delivery through Fuzzy’s a second try. First time, items were missing and never received a refund (seeing a trend through previous reviews) My family and I love Fuzzy’s so we thought we would try again. Second time, didn’t receive any of our food. Called for a refund and management needed someone to translate for him (didn’t the first time we had this experience) long story short just called my bank due to it has been 5 days with no refund when I was told 3! Tried to call the corporate number a couple time and it just rings. Very disappointed in Fuzzy’s as whole. Won’t be spending any more money at any locations. It was a good run Fuzzy’s 🙁

My family really likes this franchise, but unfortunately this location that is the closest to us has failed to deliver. We have tried multiple times and every time our order is wrong. The service is not good either, when we try to get our order corrected we always get pushback from the staff, even when we have the receipt to show what we ordered and paid for vs what we got. Unfortunately, I can say we will not be giving them any more chances. The best thing to order is the chips and queso, but even when you order drinks that are premade, they even come out wrong. It’s really unfortunate, and every time we are in there at peak times, the place is empty. It’s a total opposite experience from other locations that thrive. It’d be nice to see management there and also see the place get turned around.

Terrible experience, margaritas were effectively lemonade, food came out cold. Drinks took 15-20+ min to be made after ordered at counter. One of our orders was requested as crispy, and it came out soggy, we asked “We asked this to be crispy” and the kitchen replied “Well, that’s not what the receipt said, so we can’t do anything about that.”….

The customer service was bad. Like the dude seemed as if I had kicked his puppy tonight just for wanting to place my order lol. But anymore I’ve come to accept unimpressive customer service unfortunately, so okay, moving on to the food. The queso was good. Salsa was not. Everything else was subpar at best. Veeeery little meat in the tacos and burrito. Idk, just not much to rave about. It probably deserves more of a 2 star but I’m being nice and keeping it a 3 – lol. We won’t be back.

I get it. It was almost closing time. But, the person on the counter was too busy on the phone to pay attention to us. The people on the back were great and they smiled when they called us and handed us our food. Tables were dirty, so maybe put down the phone long enough to clean some tables. Rant over.
