Went to get a to-go order of queso. Told cashier no pico or fuzzy dust because my wife has an onion allergy. Got home to find onions in the queso and fuzzy dust on the chips. Wasted money and my pregnant wife’s craving is still calling.

Do not get the shredded chicken, it taste like canned chicken. If you get chicken tacos maybe get the fajita chicken instead of shredded chicken. My flour tortillas were so soggy from the water inside the canned chicken. That’s how I know it’s canned chicken, plus I’ve eaten canned chicken before and this is exactly what it taste like I couldn’t even finish eating the rest of my tacos, because the tortillas were so so soggy and mushy.

Disappointed. Nachos barely had any cheese and many of the chips were bare if any toppings at all. The shrimp tacos only had three shrimps. Sopapilla bites were given without any honey and so were eaten dry. I know they can do better, because I’ve been served great nachos with a lot of cheese and toppings at other locations. Hoping for a better experience in the future.

Don’t order for delivery! The staff doesn’t check the orders because they’ll just pass the blame off on the driver. The response is “Well, you can come up here and get it yourself, or we’ll refund your money in 5-7 business days”. Over $100 family fajita meal with no meat, beans, chips, etc. All we got was a few toppings. I love fuzzy’s, I’ve eaten at several different ones in several different parts of town. The response to their mistake was a joke though. They truly did not care. This is not a good representation of the fuzzy’s brand.

We stopped by Sunday at 6:45. My husband ordered fairly quickly and then we experienced a wait that was equivalent to being at Texas Roadhouse on Father’s Day. We waited 56 minutes for 2 kids quesadillas, a cali heat soft taco, a shredded brisket taco and a burrito bowl. They even forgot our two flower tacos (that we paid for) so one of our family members didn’t even have their food. We called when we got home to see if we could go back and pick up ,but not to our surprise they didn’t answer. So, if you read this before venturing out just go to chick fil a or drive to McKinney. We literally lost money visiting this restaurant and they have the annoying tipping option to guilt you into tipping someone for nothing at all. You fill your own styrofoam cup and we took our food home with us, so I guess that was a tip for taking our order? Now let’s just say after all of this our food was out of this world ahmazing. Well, it wasn’t. It was mediocre at best and with 56 minutes to prepare it I was expecting excellent cuisine.

Food was great! The consistency seems to be improving at this location. It was hit or miss at opening, I assume depending on which crew, but my God they nailed it this trip. Queso was on point, tacos for STUFFED, everything was great. Only complaint was that the potatoes were served cold, but the flavor was still there. Keep it up!

I originally had a bad experience (mostly on part of UberEats) but when we called the restaurant, the individual who answered was rude and not helpful. After a frustrating experience and a loss of $100, my husband got connected with the manager Jose. He went above and beyond to make the situation right and make sure we were happy. He truly restored my faith in the customer service side of the food industry!

First off, we finally decided to give this place a chance vs our favorite spot. Let me tell you they dropped the ball. We ordered two taco plates kids meal and queso. The queso was cold due to miscommunication but then food all came out cold. We requested a refund and left. This was our first and last time we will visit this location. What a shame. The kitchen staff needs to temp the food throughout the day instead of using a microwave.

As anyone who’s familiar with Fuzzy’s knows, they give you a buzzer with flashing lights that notifies you when your food is ready. Well when we asked where our food that had been ordered 30 minutes prior was, they told us someone else had taken it. The buzzer never went off, and we didn’t see anyone walk away with what appeared to be our food. But somehow that was the excuse for the long wait.

Cool bar that opens up to the outdoor patio. Margaritas aren’t worth the price- just get a beer. Food is always good at any Fuzzy’s location. Although, they decided to give me a bunch of crumbs for chips on a large portion of my nachos. The waitress/bartender was friendly, but distracted and inattentive when it came to giving us our bill.
