I came this morning. I was so exhausted because of the heat that I couldn’t think straight. I asked an employee if I could grab a drink. I was told to grab a souvenir cup and I could refill it at any time. I made some money, so I came back and paid for it. Both of these employees were very sweet. I want to patronize places with this type of service, so I came here for dinner. The cashier told me that I need to pay $1 for the refill. I told the cashier that the employee this morning told me that I could refill my drink at any time. The cashier refused to reverse this charge. Needless to say I won’t be patronizing this place at dinner any longer. Learn from my mistake. Come here in the morning for great customer service. Stay miles away during dinner. This is certainly not the crew you want.

I eat here for Book Club, on occasion. Food is served quickly and is hot and tasty. It’s easy to customize things, within reason, and staff seems to have a pretty good idea on what can/can’t be substituted.

I wish I could give no stars. I use to go here every single day for three years when I was working. But not that much now sent I don’t work. But I called to let the manager on duty know that I had rice in my tacos and I don’t eat rice at all and can you believe that she was rude with me and pretty much called me a lier. I told her I even had one of the tacos and I could bring it in to prove I wasn’t lying about it. She was still rude and pretty much said yea whatever if you still have it you can bring it in if you want too. I will remake your order just call. I pretty much hung the phone up and was very unhappy with her rudeness and attitude. I just told myself that I would never come to this location again. What if I was Allergic to rice and I actually had allergic reaction and had to go to the hospital how would they feel about that some people don’t eat certain food for certain reasons and being rude to somebody because it’s on their food that they ordered and I asked her if they rice was close to the hamburger meat and she was like no it’s not possible for Rice to be in it

Give them a try if yesterday’s food is your thing. The staff is happy to let you brush up on your cleaning skills if eating at a cleaned table is a deal breaker. The staff will give you the upmost privacy by playing on their phone while you eat.
