I will say our experience was better than the 3.9 rating but I can’t give it a full 5. The food was good but I get a weird feeling when the food on a styrofoam plate comes out of an ice cream scoop but maybe that’s me. The BBQ and slaw was good for the price. The waitress was nice and did a good job and the place looked clean. If I had any advise I’d suggest putting a little more into the presentation of the food.

We stopped here at the recommendation of some really amazing people. They were right. It’s family owned and the BBQ was amazing. If you are looking for REAL southern BBQ, please pass all the corporate restaurants and eat here! The food was great, the service came with a smile and the price was under what I expected to pay. They could double their prices and it would still be a great place to eat. Will return here! Thank you to everyone at Fuzzy’s!

I was here 57 years ago as a teenager. I couldn’t remember a thing so I ordered a chopped pork plate with red slaw, hushpuppies, fried okra and sweet tea. The sweet server was very helpful for me. They brought me a ramekin of apple cider vinegar for my okra but wound up dipping my okra in that and it was delicious. The pork had an unknown hue about it but was tender and tasty. The bbq slaw was good but I was used to it being refrigerated so what I got was probably fresher. The hushpuppies were oddly sized and formed but the taste was on point. I only wish the tea had been stronger and a bit sweeter. There was only one person taking orders, running food, taking money and delivering take out orders to the parking lot. I thought she did a wonderful job.

Went for breakfast so we didn’t have their signature Q, but judging by the family atmosphere and what appeared to be many regular customers that were greeted by name, I would say this is THE diner in town like the one in Mayberry made famous by Barney and Andy.

Nothing beats a good small town BBQ. The hushpuppies are just like I remember them. So glad we came back. Keep up the good work.

This is the 2nd time we went for breakfast. Service was great had a vegetable omelette and fries, no canned mushrooms here!

Worst BBQ ever. I called and was told it was the original recipe and everyone else loves it and they haven’t had any other complaints. Just saying, “Buyer Beware” and they have “changed their recipe”.
