Small, intimate Japanese restaurant. Food was good and favorable. Had Spicy Ramen and eel bowl. Place is very small. You may have to wait for a table. We got there just after they opened. And we were the last table to get in. Located upstairs.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon – 4 people and got seated right away. Service was great! Friendly people and quick service.

Real good spot. Been going here for a couple years and it’s chill. Good food with good portions, definitely worth it.

A great find hidden on the second floor of a busy strip mall.

Ramen at its finest. Couldn’t really ask for anything more. They also had amazing karaage and eel dishes. It’s small inside, so you have to time your visit carefully if you don’t want to wait too long to be seated. However, if you were to wait, the ramen and the rest of the food are definitely worth the wait. We will be back soon to experience the rest of the menu!

We were craving ramen, and we love Maru ramen’s bone broth, but Maru isn’t open for Sunday lunch so we decided to try a competitor that is basically across the street. Once there we recognized the place as a place we were rather unimpressed with before, but decided to give it another try.

Very authentic Ramen, lots of flavors without being overbearing.

If you’re in and around Northridge, you HAVE to try Futaba. This little nook has some of the most satisfying ramen I’ve ever had. With a menu that’s not too big and definitely not too small, there’s something for everyone. From spicy miso to Tonkatsu. Their Dipped bowl is one of my favorites but there’s some other strong contenders too!! Their service is always amazing too. Their outdoor seating is the perfect spot for a cozy dinner.
