My wife ordered a meal for her and I as it was our fitted there. She told like medium heat for mine and it was beyond edible as it was the hottest I have ever had. The potatoes in the dish was undercooked also. She called the restaurant and wanted a replacement meal as lt was not acceptable to most. The person on the phone was uncaring and when asked to replace the meal she said she wouldn’t. I have never have had a restaurant not take care of the customer as they have. Not sure of the high numbers given as this company has poor customer service!

Ordered two meals for take out and both were inedible. Had to use a slotted spoon because both dishes were drowning in sauce. Poor quality meat and vegetables. Way too much corn syrup in the sauce- it was sickly sweet. Ended up tossing both dishes.

Online hours are incorrect. Drove here for a late lunch takeout meal because I’ve been craving a Thai peanut sauce. I got there around 3:50 and they were closed, but someone in the parking lot said they were waiting because the restaurant opened at 4, so I waited too. The open sign flickered on at 4:10, then went off 30 sec later. The other person waiting decided to leave. At 4:12 a couple lights went on inside and though it was still quite dark, I saw someone moving around in there. I decided to give them a few minutes in case they were running behind. Waited until 4:20 and they never opened. I left and went to the Chinese restaurant up the road. Bummer.

Called 6 times during their open hours only to be ignored 5 times, then on the sixth (presumably because they were getting annoyed with hearing the phone ring) they answered sounding irritated saying that they are “no longer accepting orders because they have orders all the way until they close”.

I purchased a variety of Chinese and Korean dinners for a large family gathering. Everyone (all ages) said it was great! And it cost less than usual to feed this group. The person taking my phone order was courteous, efficient, and easy to understand. The food was ready right at the time I requested; it had not been sitting around.
