This place was found by accident during the pouring rain was waiting outside the resturant when the lady from the resturant invited us in for shelter, was very kind of her . The buffet was absolutely worth the coin. Such a vast spread of sea food .. shrimp .. crab .. crayfish. A good spread of sushi. My personal favourite. Loved the deep fried dumplings and the noodles. Looking forward to coming back once again . Unfortunately I didn’t take any pics cause I was too busy eating hehe.

Best buffet I’ve been to in a long time. They have crawfish even though they’re not in season and they actually taste good . Not your typical buffet crawfish. They have a very large selection and everything I got I went back for more. Nothing ever ran out, they kept everything topped off. Also, for $14 I can’t imagine where you would find a better meal.

Fusion Buffet has some of the best Chinese food you can find in all of Pascagoula! From a family ran business bringing you hospitality through their food, comfort, and love I think Fusion Buffet deserves to be called the best. Their coconut shrimp has so many flavors, from the perfect texture and crunchiness of their tempura covered golden brown shrimp to the creamy, addictive, coconut sauce it’s drenched in, this stuff is to die for! Their Chow Mein and fried rice is fried with many vegetables and is made with love. The cook takes her time which each food choice and brings new food out every 30 minutes to ensure no one has to ever want for anything. This buffet sits at the top for me and has to be the BEST I’ve ever been to, hands down! Thank you, Fusion and it’s beautiful family!

I usually stay away from buffets, but, this one really surprised me! We’ve eaten here several times and the food is 95/100% very good! Great variety on the buffet tables; they are clean and restocked regularly. They even have a sushi chef on-site! The staff has been very attentive and gracious and I get my veteran’s discount!

Edit: Went downhill in the past 4 months since my original 5 star review. 5 o’clock on a Thursday and food is cold and the precious 5 pieces of General Tso that wasn’t crumbled giblets were mushy. Won’t attempt again. Very disappointing, was really excited for a good buffet.

The food is the same as before. However it is a lot fresher. There were plenty of items. None of the dishes were empty. They refilled them very quickly. I will go back. If you like the one before that was here, you will love it now.

Love the lunch buffet. Hibachi chicken, peppered chicken are my favorites. Green beans, broccoli and carrot mix, fried rice, lo mein, beef and broccoli, egg rolls, rangoons, seafood, crawfish, sushi, soups,and American food, and dessert. And the tea is good. There’s more.. Take out buffet available.
