Fantastic spot for food and drinks. I brought my son here for a Saturday brunch. I had the Augusta dip with a side of duck fat grits, and he had the kids macaroni and cheese. Everything was delicious, and highly recommended. The staff rounded out the entire experience with their charm, friendliness, and knowledge. Stopping here was a huge win for our Weekend.

The restaurant’s size is expected in reference to where it is located. The decor is nice and the lighting isn’t bad either. When we entered we were informed that the kitchen would be closing early at 9:30. We arrived around 8:50. Our server was incredibly nice and punctual. Some of the black chalkboard signs are however hard to read depending on where you’re sitting. The overall ambiance was very welcoming. The cucumber refresher martini was quite delicious, although I could taste more alcohol that cucumber. The Molé flatbread was incredibly tasty. My fiancé ordered the Pad Thai burger as an entree with steamed vegetables. You could taste the freshness in the vegetables. They were perfectly steamed. The burger was juicy and bursting with delicous flavor.

Amazing brunch. Ingredients tasted fresh and portions were just right. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits, strawberry Bellini and bloody Mary with shrimp on the rim. It was like a mini appetizer as we waited on our food.

Fuse has only been open for a few years at the time of this review, but it’s one of the better restaurants in the area for “fusion” style food. They pride themselves in a having a decent selection of craft and draft beers with the typical happy hours and stuff. What’s special about the dishes is that the owner is a trained traveling chef that went to Spain to learn different techniques. True to the name of the restaurant, he fuses different cooking techniques and ingredients in interesting ways. You’ll almost always find something you’ll like if you take a look at the small plates menu, and if you’re more daring you can have other items.

We decided to stop by here while we were walking around downtown. We sat outside and it was quite nice. My Hoppy Trees cider was delightful! The potstickers and cauliflower were so delicious that we have been back three more times since our first visit two months ago. The pretzels are very good, but I didn’t get a picture.

Delicious brunch! Wonderful wait staff and trendy atmosphere in Augusta downtown! Prices were reasonable. Menu items are a little limited for me but not really an issue since I think they are all good choices! The vegetables and the way our food was prepared were really fresh!! The strawberry shortcake is a must try! Will definitely come back.

Great brunch! An establishment far unlike most others in the area. Cuisine not afraid to step out of the normal box of Augusta fare. Very good! This place should always be packed.

I can’t say enough about this place. The menu changes according to season. I’ve never had anything bad or good here. Just excellent. They have some staples such as their lamb burger and spring chicken. Drink menu is great as well. Cocktails, wine, and nice whiskeys. Last time I went they had a Pappy flight. If that’s not enough, the desserts always look great. Only item I’ve ever had was a blackberry habanero ice cream and just wow. Absolutely stop in. You won’t be disappointed.

Brunch was tasty, but there were limited menu options (especially for vegetarian) and the crepes were a small portion for the price. We almost went somewhere else afterwards because my wife was still hungry.
