Very good food with great service. My wife and I wanted to give them a shot. The service is great and the place is spotless. I did the beef with braised sauce and noodles. My wife did braised chicken with noodles and garlic sauce. The bowls were huge and had a great flavor. We will be coming back.

They are amazing! Fresh, crispy, and flavorful. I got the crispy chicken woth stir fried noodles. I am happy they are in Ankeny. Will for sure be going here often.

Excellent food and service! Everything is so fresh and flavorful. This is not your standard grocery store or fast food Chinese cuisine – it is a whole new level of unique yumminess! And to top it all off, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. A great addition to the North side of Ankeny! I’ve tried a few of the dishes and can highly recommend the crispy tenderloin and braised beef as my two favorites. You can’t go wrong with either the noodles or rice. And definitely try the garlic sauce!

We ordered and waited for maybe 15 minutes for everything to be prepared fresh for us! The crispy chicken is a huge portion of chicken breast, fried perfectly and sliced. The braised pork was tender and flavorful. We loved that the sauce was served on the side and preserved the crispy texture. The stir fry noodles were delicious and the kids loved the fried rice. The packaging for each meal is so cute! We will be back!

Wow. Absolutely wow. I got the crispy tenderloin with sweet and sour and she got the crispy tenderloin with garlic sauce. Crab rangoon is exceptional and the wontons are outrageous.

Interior was clean, staff was extremely friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Most importantly the food was beyond delicious. I had a crispy chicken bowl with noodles, braised and spicy garlic sauces. Protein quality was fantastic and sauces were outstanding. I will definitely be back.

Just tried Fun Chinese for the first time, and am so happy they came to our neighborhood. Food was great, super fresh and the portions are very generous. Service was excellent, they were so friendly and the takeout presentation was totally unexpected…they made takeout look so elegant. Love this place, definitely going to be back often. Great job! The food is cooked fresh with high quality ingredients, and the portions are very good sized. All of the sauce options were very good, but honestly, the food is so good that the sauce isn’t even needed. I love that this is Healthy Chinese, which is different from what’s offered in other places. I look forward to going back and trying all of the options!
