They did forget one of the items we ordered but still a great place for delicious Chinese food, basically the server came and took our order and never came back again to check if we needed anything or need any more drinks which in my experience in all Asian places lack good customer service is to be expected.

It was our first time here, we ordered eggplant and beef, A vegetable (Chinese A-vegetable), chicken porridge, vegetable soup, and scallion mushroom. The bill came out to be $87 including tips is $101. The food was good and staff was attentive. They have gender neutral restrooms. They can validate parking if you park in the garage next to them, we got 2 hour free validation and the garage parking is flat rate $5.

We were seated as we entered. They took our order when we were ready. The food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. The food was really good. After lunch we sat and visited with each other nobody was rushing us out. I really liked this place.

I had such an unassumingly great experience here. I am usually disappointed by these family style restaurants just because they have too many things on the menu to provide proportional quality. But wow! Everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh and perfectly cooked. I didn’t get a super sweet or salty or even “artificial” flavor from anything we ordered. My group of ten ate for approx $30 each, sharing plates. Some of us even had drinks. Service was great, I particularly appreciated the pro bono tea before our meal. This is probably the only place in Chinatown or maybe even LA that you could have a full blown meal on a white tablecloth past 11pm.

Be careful parking on the side of the restaurant building, even without no parking sign, your car will get towed. I asked the Fullmoon restaurant crew to view the camera for our car is missing and he said it was towed. I said we don’t see any sign for no parking and he said there is a movie shooting going on and they removed the sign and forgot to put it back. He gave the number of towing company to call. He said a lot of there customer get car towed for parking in the side of the building. They are aware but they never informed there customer. In a matter of minutes, we need to pay $400 to claim the car. Im wondering who makes money

We decided on this place in Chinatown for Chinese New year. We got there at 7pm and it was around a 30 minute wait before we got seated which wasn’t bad considering it was Chinese New year. They have some seats outside while you wait.
