Loved the atmosphere and our waitress was so helpful! We spent over $100 here but it was because we tried a lot of things. The Sake was great! Will definitely be going back.

Sushi not even close to fresh. Menu for hot food only available upon request which we found out from a couple near us who ordered steak and rice. Bummer. Really wanted a good sushi place in Hayden that was open with normal hours. 2 stars because the service was friendly and the tempura was good.

Very fun place. Food is cooked in front of you. Good variety to choose from. Sushi was fine, lacking in variety and flavor. Stick to the entertainment of your food cooked while you watch the chef entertains you.

Our last trip here the food was good, waitress was good, but the chef was a Chatty Kathy and it was hard to enjoy the meal with our friends as he felt the need to continuously chime in on the conversation. If you’re gonna go to FuKi, spend the extra commute time and go to the Post Falls one. Also, FuKi, you really need to up your sushi game.

We visited late in the afternoon (4:45ish), so it wasn’t really busy yet and it took only a minute or two to get seated. The building is really nice, but I looked up and the vents were really dusty. The bathrooms are beautiful, but similarly not cleaned regularly. The vents in there were dirty too. The food was really good, hot and plentiful.

We had placed an order to go based on their menu on the website. Upon getting home we realized we received the wrong items. I came back and learned there was a discrepancy on the website. The staff was so fast to rectify the issue and made sure we got all the items we wanted. We are beyond satisfied with the customer service we received!

Went there for lunch with some friends who had never been there. The food was outstanding and our chef did a phenomenal job Everyone was impressed with the quality and service and vowed to come back. I had the chicken and shrimp with salad (strawberry ginger dressing!!!), rice and veggies

I can only rate the food since I got it for takeout. We ordered two sushi rolls and two teriyaki chicken and rice plates to go. This cost $65 before a tip. When I got home (only a 5 minute drive) I was disappointed to see that the rice was dry and crunchy, the chicken was dry and didn’t have much flavor. The sushi was okay, but you could get similar quality from Fred Meyer honestly. I’d say if you wanted this type of food, just go to panda express and pay half as much. Restaurant looked nice as far as I could tell though.

We’ve had some pretty great experiences here at Fuki. The food is always delicious and the service is great. The ONLY reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the sushi rice just didn’t hold together as well as it should making chopsticks all but worthless. It still tasted amazing but was enough to prevent the illusive 5 stars.

The food is ok. It’s not the best sushi I have ever had. We ordered 7 rolls for our party of 6. The food took about 40min to come out, and 2 minutes after we got our food, they asked us if we were ready for the check… the server later apologized for that. They also charge 18% automatically for parties of 6 or more and then give you your check with an additional tip line… I normally tip 20% if service is ok.
