Finally, GOOD ramen has come to Clark County! Fujiya was excellent. Excellent service, great tasting food and not too expensive! We ordered the spring rolls and chicken wings for an appetizer. The rolls were good but the wings were extremely good. We both ordered shoyu ramen. Delicious! Broth was incredible. Later that night we wished we had left overs, we kept talking about how good it was. Can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely the best ramen place in East Vancouver/Camas. High quality food and great services. Our kids love their chicken ramen, tonkotsu ramen and fried calamari! My daughter wants to go to this place for our Saturday lunch at least once a month.

Clean, calming environment. Plenty of space and not too busy on a Saturday night. Service was professional and very quick. Food was cooked to perfection. Historically, we have Door Dashed food from this establishment, but based on our experience tonight, we’ll be dining in from now on.

The waitress was great! The fact that she has decorated the place with perfect hand folded peace cranes charmed the daylights outa me! And, that she brought me paper so I could practice my rusty folding skills made me want to give 5 stars… the atmosphere was great, the service was great!

I have been looking for a local Ramen place that could replace my favorite in Portland and a friend told me about Fujiya. I ordered a take out and was pleased to see they put the broth in a separate container. Once I arrived home I combined it and went to town. It was delicious. I will for sure be ordering again and trying another item. If it lives up to my first visit I’ll re edit this review to a 5 ⭐ review.

Good ramen, I liked the heavy seaweed flavors, the pork belly wasn’t my thing as it was boiled seems like. Service was good even though the poor lady was overwhelmed working by herself.

I normally recommend Fujiya ramen. They have good ramen and their sides are very tasty. When they announced that Hiyashi Chuka was available, I had go get some! As a life-long fan of Hiyashi Chuka, I was sorely dissappointed in their offering. Normally served with a creamy sesame miso sauce, their opted for a soy-based sauce, which can be good if done with finnesse. Unfortunately, their sauce was – well it tasted like just pure soy sauce. Bottom line: it was just gross and super salty. What a dissappointment! Sorry, Fujiya but I have to downgrade you this time.

We come here once a month and it’s always good. The staff is friendly and the food is great. It’s always a little slow as they usually have a single cook but it is always worth the wait. We order 3 or 4 of the appetizers and usually a bowl and some Ramen and we are never disappointed

I’ve travelled to Japan many times and can say without hesitation that these ramen noodles are as good as any I have ever had. The broth is wonderful and they have various types to chose from. Give this place a try. They are worth your appetite!

before i even eat the ramen, i have to say that i could give this restaurant 3 stars. it is severely understaffed: one waitress and one cook. both of the were RACING to keep up with the orders. we had to wait awhile for our pick up order that was ready by the time we arrived, to no faults of the waitress — she was doing a million things at once, cleaning, bussing, working the register, taking orders… etc etc. it felt painful just to watch her work while we waited for our order. she was very pleasant and nice despite the circumstances and we left a big tip.
