I greatly enjoyed the sushi they had. They have a happy hour in which some of the sushi was on there. I really liked all the items on the sample platter.

I’m not from here, and am in Grand Island for business. I walked in, stood at the front desk waiting to be, at MINIMUM, greeted in some form or fashion for 10 minutes. It least 6 or 7 employees walked by, one of which was the assistant manager who smiled at me (first acknowledgement of my existence) and continued walking by without saying a word. I was looking for a healthy meal in town, but I’ll sacrifice a bit of health for SOME service. I had to track down the manager and was met with, “we are busy and understaffed.” That doesn’t stop employees walking by someone waiting to be seated from at least speaking to them, but not a SINGLE word was uttered until I sought assistance. I won’t be back. I’ll go somewhere that will serve me or at minimum SAY “we will be with you shortly,” or SOMETHING. Not worth wasting my time. My money is better spent elsewhere.

First, I need to share what happened at Wasabi Bistro that lead to this amazing experience at Fuji’s…

FANTASTIC. Professional, even with new hires. Food was phenomenal, and they mentioned anything can be made gluten free. Kids meals were huge. Happy customer.

Driving through to Colorado, we stopped and the service was amazing food came out quickly as well! Plates huge full of food! Kayla was our server she was Amazing so friendly and energetic and she was on top of our order so there were no issues or mistakes! She definitely made the stop worth while! If you come in ask for Kayla!

Went here for 29th anniversary. The hostess and the cook were both very nice and friendly, the ingredients to the meal were fresh and after the cook had prepared them in front of us with his little show, tasted wonderful.

Traveling thru NE, saying in Grand Island, this place was recommended by a local.

We are habachi yesterday and I have a major seafood allergy so they cook my food in the kitchen so it’s not cross contaminated. We’ll long story short my plate of food was served to another customer and my server took that plate of food that was eaten off of and served it to me! At the end as I was already furious the manager took my food off our ticket and then put it on the other customers ticket! THIS WAS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT IT WAS OUR SERVER PERLAS FAULT!!! And to top it off PERLA WAS TALKING ABOUT ROLLING BLUNTS WITH HER BOSS WHEN I WAS COMING UP TO MAKE A COMPLAINT!!!! This place needs to have better training! On a side note our cook was great!

Great atmosphere and excellent cook! We did the hibachi grill and it never disappoints. The shrimp were big and tasted fresh. Big selection of sushi. Happy hour menu was big and had decent savings on sushi.

Brought my sister in law and nephews here since they were visiting from Fargo and had never been to hibachi. I’ve been here multiple times and this is the first time it hasn’t been fun and entertaining. The cook didn’t do ANYTHING. He lit the fire and said “let’s go!” And then after that nothing. No onion choo choo, no egg tricks, no jokes, no spraying with the fake squeeze bottles. He didn’t even talk or joke. And yes, the food was good, great even, as usual, but it was BORING and disappointing. The waitresses apologized and gave us free dessert but honestly it didn’t help. I’m really mad that the cook would do that when there were kids at the table. I brought them there on purpose and had been talking it up all afternoon. They ended up standing at a different near by table and watching the other cook do tricks.
