This is the worst store I’ve ever had in lowell. The owner of this store is very energy-efficient, and is reluctant to turn on the lights at night. Food is not fresh. Their utensils are not clean and you can clearly see the water stains on the utensils. Their waiter was arrogant, I waited nearly 10 minutes to answer me because the waiter was playing with her phone, Sushi is poured on the plate as it is served

This place needs a lot more staff. I was seated promptly but it took nearly 15 minutes for someone to come over to take my order. The food was out within 8 minutes. That was it for seeing anyone come over. After eating I waited 20 more minutes, within this time I saw 2 other tables leave because no one came over to their table, I got up and went to the register to ask for my bill so I could pay and leave for the concert I was going to.

Fuji was AMAZING! Right in the heart of down town Lowell, Ma., this Japanese & Chinese culinary experience is waiting for you! The lunch special is reasonably priced ($7.95 normally and $9.75 on the weekends) Call and double check though. Besides the food, I loved how unexpected the spice was. My husband and I walked in on a very quiet Sunday afternoon. I’m not sure if they had any other customers that day but when walked in we were the only two people there (other than our hostess/waitress and cook). The restaurant was so expansive with mood lights in the ceiling creating the perfect ambiance. Our food was so good that re wanted to press rewind and eat it all over again. Please go eat at Fuji! You’ll thank me later!!!

The food was acceptable. However the service was horrible. The server got our orders wrong. She spilled sauce all over my daughters dress shirt, when told she just said oh. I told the man at register he said… oh, sorry about that. Not even a real apology. The server never showed up at our table to refill drinks, ask if needed anything, etc. Didn’t even bring out check. So disappointed all around.

not a bad meal here. came here for dinner with my boyfriend and the we had a good time. the food came out timely and was some petty good sushi. I gave them 4 stars because we had both ordered a house chardonnay and it tasted terrible.. as if it had been opened a while ago and had gone unused. minor bump in the road. nevertheless, we left full and with some take-out.
