I have eaten at several restaurants like this. And unfortunately Fuji, once again, was disappointing. The bowls were chipped, chairs falling apart, and you get a plastic takeout spoon for the soup. The noodles were over flavored. The soup had no flavoring, tasted like water. Ginger dressing was very sweet and dumped on the salad.

Summary: They have gone SO CHEAP! They put basically no food in the to go containers, it was no where NEAR the volume of food you have eating inside the restaurant. We even ordered extra sides of food. It was the biggest rip off of the past year. If it wasn’t for how hungry we were I would have taken the food back and requested my money back.

My cousin and I thought we would enjoy a wonderful meal on Wednesday, July 19, 2023. We walked into the restaurant at 4:45 PM. There were only two other customers in the restaurant. The hostess asked is if we would like hibachi or a regular table. We responded “Hibachi.” There were no other customers at the hibachi table. The temperature was FREEZING!! The young lady came by to obtain our drink orders. We both ordered water. A lady and her daughter arrived and was seated with us. The waitress returned with the water and requested our appetizer. We ordered spring rolls.The lady and her daughter ordered an appetizer as well. It was 5:10 pm. We were sitting and we noticed the cook never appeared. We both began talking about when we may begin hibachi. Scour other persons arrived at 5:25. The waitress requested their drink order. She’s returned with their drinks and finally, the chef appeared. He was very bland and slow. Our meal was not completed until 5:45 pm. We asked for to go containers.

Wow, what a great experience. My wife and I enjoyed the atmosphere, the chef who talked and joked around with us. You get plenty of food you won’t finish. We did the hibachi side, and we had chicken and shrimp, which came with a side salad and soup. Noodles and rice with veggies were served with the protein. Go and enjoy the fun and great food.

My family and I have been frequenting this location for years for holidays and birthday. Unfortunately, our last visit on Wednesday night will be our last. It was my partners birthday, and we have a 3 and 5 year old who have never been to a hibachi restaurant. Our server was wonderful, however our hibachi chef was frankly horrible.

I went in with my family on a Tuesday. A host was there and just asked us how many if it will be hibachi or regular seating. No smile, no greeting, anything. The guy that served us didn’t say a word and even though it was easy to make out what he was asking from us, he didn’t show up with refills until after our cook had already left. On the bright side, our cook was very nice and engaging. I personally work at a hibachi restaurant and I noticed very obvious differences in the seasonings and quality of the food, but overall it was an alright experience

Very disappointing I went here last for my birthday dinner, everybody that came loves having the hibachi cooked in front of you, never would I have thought this would happen. After we ordered the lady already asking how we are splitting the check, then the cook came and when I say he didn’t speak the whole time and didn’t do any tricks he literally cracked the egg on the grill did the volcano and didn’t say anything, he suddenly blurted out “that’s what she said” one of my friends said “gracias and he says “I’m not a beaner” those all he said the whole time and literally not one trick like why did I even come, like the whole purpose it to have a fun time and the chef be outgoing. Honestly it was the worse experience of my life if it was going to be like that I would have just ate dine in. No refills the whole time and I hate to even type this up I’m not a Karen, I’m a server at another restaurant but it was just so disappointing especially with it being a birthday dinner I’ve ate hibachi cooked in front of you so many times never have I ever had a cook that does nothing funny or cool and doesn’t talk in my whole entire life it was honestly weird y’all gotta do something about that a manger should have stepped in, won’t be back y’all should feel shameful

We had a good experience here but if I had to judge it against the many experiences I’ve had in Japanese Steak houses I would say it was average. The fried rice and noodles were over sauced for my taste. Maybe a bit disappointing. I gave it 4 stars because of the cook we had, we had a pleasant conversation. A real nice guy too. In their defense it was mothers day and they were extremely busy. It could’ve thrown off the quality of the food.

We’ve been going here for a while, and while there’s now a forced 18% tip and the prices have gone up, the quality continues to go down. The cooks don’t care, the service is terrible, the food is mediocre, and we were given a broken glass cup on top of it all. When we asked for a new one they said sure and brought us back the same cup. Would not recommend this place.

This is absolutely the worst restaurant I have been to. I don’t usually write reviews but in this case I couldn’t wait to get to home to write one. My family was treated so badly by the cook named tiger that I felt so disgusted. I am never going back there again. He was such a racist person that we seemed invisible to him on the hibachi table along with an other couple. Our portion sizes were so small that I felt hungry even after eating hibachi. On the other hand the other couple’s plates looked like mountain of food. But I didn’t mind because the food was bad as well. I still would tolerate bad food over bad service over racial discrimination. If you are like me who hates discrimination even if it doesn’t happen to you, DO NOT go to this place. Bad atmosphere, bad food, bad service, worst treatment. Hate this place to the absolute core.
