The service was good. The sushi was decent nothing spectacular. I found it and the other cuisine lacked flavor and pop it was just kind of bland. I’m not giving it a bad review because of this because everyone has different taste. One bright note was the kids meal for my grandson was huge.

It was pretty good. I would definitely go back. Normally a meat a potato kinda girl, so stuck with some basic menu items. But when I go back I will reach out of my comfort zone. My waitress was not super attentive to us or speak to much of the menu but i guess that happens. Clean place and comfortable. The opposite side looked fun where they showboat (think what its called). Looks entertaining.8/25.

We haven’t been to this location in a couple of years. I am glad that we went back. The food was good, sushi was fresh and the cook at the grill was very intertaining. The new modern art kn the walls not as well received as the old traditional prints that used to be up.

If I could give them less than one star I would. The empty parking lost should’ve been the first sign not to go here. Our server was friendly but the place was a mess. The floors were nasty, the bar had dirty dishes all over it where no one bothered to pick them up, and our calamari looked like onion rings from a fast food restaurant they were so greasy, the sushi was just as bad. Never going back and I suggest you stay away!

Don’t let the name fool you. This is a poor excuse for Japanese dining. The portions are small and the food lacks the typical flavors. I’ve made store bought pork dumplings that far surpass their gyoza. The soup and salad were okay but the main entree was very disappointing. The fried rice was the most disappointing especially since I paid extra for it. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless every other restaurant was closed.

Fuji was not the best Japanese food I have ever had. My daughter was with me and she spent two and half years stationed in Japan. She agreeded that the food was not not very authentic, but it was edible. She even said it wasn’t the worst but not the best. We got it to go. With COVID-19 we are still a little shy of going into places. We didn’t eat it all. Springroll was soggy in the middle, but the sauce was good. The steak was over cooked even for medium well. Fried rice was good. Vegetables were soggy. Maybe we will try something different next time. We haven’t ruled it out yet.

I always have mixed emotions about dining here.. I enjoy the food and usually know what I want before walking through the door.. Which is a good thing because they seem to be slacking on the overall hygiene of their establishment.. Makes it a bit more tolerable if you just don’t pay attention to anything..
