Wow, just wow. This restaurant won a place at the top of the list of the area restaurants we tried. First, the tempura – so crisp you can hear the crunch when you bite into it and not at all greasy. They use fresh oil every day and that may be the secret. We also had the Oneida roll, the Sweetheart roll and a spicy crab roll. Each one was very flavorful and beautifully presented. They aren’t stingy with the wasabi either. The location is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking. We eat there every time we are in that area.

This was our first time visiting and it was well worth the visit! We ordered a number of sushi rolls as appetizers and we enjoyed them all thoroughly. We all had the hibachi dinners: steak and chicken. The steak was cooked to our individual tastes nicely from rare to medium well. The chicken was moist and charred beautifully. The onion soup to start was more flavorful than most. The only part I found to be a little less than stellar was the salad. The dressing was a bit pasty. Everything else was top notch!

Fuji Hibachi Sushi Asian Bistro has the best sushi in the area. They are quick and have never messed up an order. Their Godzilla Roll is amazing but you couldn’t go wrong with any of them. The inside is always very clean and looks modern. They have a bathroom and rather large dinning area. There is also a separate party room as well. I’ve never eaten in but I’ve seen the dinning experience from a glance and everyone looks like they enjoy it. I think this place is a must try if you enjoy seafood.

Our favorite hibachi restaurant to go to was in Destiny USA mall in Syracuse, and Sumo’s in New Hartford. For Oneida to have this in it’s arsenal, it is an absolute victory! This is our new favorite place, and we will continue to come back at least every month. I highly recommend the hibachi salmon, it is the most tender one I’ve tried in years. The chicken breast is also enormous! You WILL be taking some home so for the price point, its an absolute home run.

I was visiting from NYC to see my family the other day and we decided to go here for dinner. We decided to sit at the Hibachi table for the first time. The wait wasn’t too long for a Hibachi table considering 75% of the tables were full. The Hibachi chef was very funny and gave us free sake (be prepared to show ID). The food was delicious and fresher compared to a takeout place. Overall, I would give this place 6 stars if I could and is definitely one of the most underrated restaurants in Oneida, NY.
