Fuego Latino Gastropub is really cool inside. We just stopped in for a drink and to get out of the heat. They have a very interesting menu which we will definitely be coming back to check out. The staff was great and the owner even came over and checked on us, he was super nice.

A amazing little Latin Restaurant in Georgetown Texas…opened and operated by Master Chef Jorge Alcocer who was featured by Guy Fieri on Guy’s Goccery Games show broadcast on Food Network. (This was a truly amazing culinary experience for us.) Chef Jorge is so friendly and personable, he comes around to each and every table to inquire on each and every one of his guests experience, All the staff here are wonderful and friendly people. We were seated immediately and or first drinks arrived seconds after we ordered them I highly recommend the in-house made Michelda with Tarin on the rim. I had the Lime Scallops and I’ve sampled Scallops all over the country they are one of my personal favorite seafood delicacies and Chef Jorge out did my highest expectations, these where the Best Scallops I have ever sampled! Texture and flavor off the chart, yet prepared simply and elegantly with a bit of Latin style flair. My wife sampled the Arroz Con Pollo which was tantalizingly delicious as well. Acapulco Ceviche was our appetizer served with fresh in house made pita and plantain chips this also was cut above any normal Ceviche I’ve recently tasted. This little Cuban themed restaurant is located on the historical downtown square across from the court house in Georgetown Tx. They also have a full and very extensive bar and several local craft beers on tap.

Stopped in on a busy Saturday for lunch. The restaurant is casual and fun with a full line of adult beverages & cocktails. The menu has an eclectic mix of new and classic Mexican dishes and more. We enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa, which had a bit of heat but not too much. I enjoyed the tacos al pastor, while others in our party enjoyed the Cuban sandwich and the chicken and goat empanadas. We also had a side of tasty guacamole and chips. Several of our party had the margaritas and were very pleased with them! We received good service and felt that prices were very reasonable. If you are looking for a pleasant dining experience right on the square in Georgetown, this is a good choice.

Great space! Nice customer service from back of the house to the front. We were asked to wait to be seated and then told we could sit wherever we wanted, then had to wait 5 minutes before greeted by server and given water. That was the only hiccup. Food was really good and yummy. Definitely coming back!

I had the pork and mole’ sauce. The pork was very tender and the spicy mole’ sauce was delicious! We will definitely go back! Service was great and the dinner was not overpriced. The chef even visited our table to ask how we liked our dinner.
