This was the worst experience ever, I have gone to numerous Colombian bakeries, and every time I ask for a hot chocolate they give me the traditional hot chocolate they make in Colombia. This place charged me $3 for an instant hot chocolate, which was very disturbing. On top of all of this the empanadas I got weren’t fresh, you can tell they we’re refried and the bread was also full of grease. I called to make a complaint and they said nothing to solve my issue. So much lack of customer service. Won’t ever be going back. Im 100% sure if I walk into antojos colombianos down the street from them and ask for a hot chocolate it will be the traditional Colombian one! So disappointed what a waste of money!

The food was ok, had better. The biggest issue is that they charge the tips automatically and then when you’re paying the bill they show the screen providing tip options. Without knowing that tips are payed automatically you end up paying twice in tips. Also there’s an extra charge on the bill called “rounding adjustments”. In our case we ended up having to pay almost $10 in rounding adjustments and when we asked what it was they said they didn’t know it’s something from the system. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place because of the extra charges.

First and last time I visit this restaurant. When you first come in the place is nice but there’s no one to greet you. We sat on a large table and waited for about 35 minutes until someone finally gave us menus. I had the grilled steak with white rice and beans, out of a 10 I rate it a 1. The meat was flavorless, dry, cold and hard. The other people I went with had a picada which was ok but the same flavorless food. No one ever came to ask if we needed something or if we were good. We spent a long time there until I got tired got up and went to get the check. I don’t care if the attention is bad but at least the food should have a little more effort put to it.
