Stumbled upon this place by accident. The mall is terrifying to enter, especially at night. But once you go down to the basement, this place is one of the only stores that are there, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to find. Ended up getting the steamed buns on a whim, and they were amazing. 6 buns were $4.50. Definitely try it out

Coming here is a unique experience for sure. The restaurant is located in the basement of a fairly empty, almost post-apocalyptic shopping mall. When you arrive outside the building, you’re greeted by some pretty rancid smells and you’re second guessing if this is the right place. But it is.

I have eaten pork buns all over the country and I have to say these are the best pork buns ever! I come here every time I visit NY. The mall itself is basically empty and run out of business which has been very sad to see throughout the years. It’s also not the most glamorous place to eat but the pork buns can’t be beat and who doesn’t love an authentic hole in the wall? You can buy in bulk to take home but eating it freshly made is the way to go. Support small businesses!!

Struggled finding this place. It was in the basement of a worn-down mall and pretty hollow place. But the food was amazing, service was great and the atmosphere- not so much. You can’t get 6 steamed buns for $4 anywhere else. Worth checking out.

Delicious and cheap dumplings! It’s heartening to see that they’ve been able to remain open even though the rest of the mall is mostly empty. Read the Feb 2023 Eater article about them – their dedication to making good food shines through.

Amazing dumplings, well worth a trip. Steamed porc buns are my favourite of anywhere. Very fast once you order. They do not speak English, but they have a menu in English and you can point. The area is pretty run down, but you can watch them all make dumplings at an incredible rate. It is hard to get to though, go into the mall and down to the basement. There are tables to sit at.

Chubby Small steam buns are surprisingly good taste, only $4.5 for 6. Steam dumplings are also nice, only $4 for 8.

This is probably my go to spot for dumpling! This place is located at the bottom floor of like a abandoned mall! But don’t be scared my friends this place is worth it, a lot of stores might be closed down but this place is running strong! I seriously recommend the Small Steamed Buns and I always get the 20 pack that’s frozen to go, but if you want to dine in you can too! There’s only about 2-3 tables and it’s usually busy! Oh also it’s great how any time you go behind the counter there’s a army of woman always making dumplings! Enjoy and your welcome!

Imma be honest, I hate their pork buns so much. Not only it’s located inside the mall where the pees smelled EVERYWHERE, but also the buns which they are famous for are not good. Pork is straight salt w bland filling outside. If you think this is good, I will assume that you actually like it solely it’s just cheap. $28/ 50 buns or $3.5 for 5 buns. I drank tons of water right after and got dizzy.
