Hour and half wait ordered through grubhub. Said it would only be 20 minutes. Shrimp toast was giant but tasted off. The general tso was decent. The eggrolls were the worst I had in a long time. They blamed grubhub for mistake. Way better options available.

I ordered the Beef Chow Ho Fun and was really excited to try it based on all of the glowing reviews. Boy, was I ever disappointed. The smell of oil was the first thing that hit me when I opened the container thanks to the greasy sheen on everything, probably due in part to the cheap and fatty beef. The onions were undercooked and the bean sprouts were limp and oily. Worst of all, however, was that the majority of the noodles were stuck together in hard, chewy blocks. There were no tender, beefy noodles in this dish. Once I could factor out the oily taste, the flavor itself wasn’t bad, if a little bland. But overall, the texture and condition of the noodles were awful and so was the meal.

I give this place 2 chances not to find hair in my food, but they can’t seem to get it right. I was a regular but having clumps of hair I’m my pork fired rice is disgusting. Get your standards right.

I’ve been going to Fu Lay’s for many many years. They’ve always had good food. Whatever you buy is delicious. My only thing is they’ve had to raise their prices so I can’t go as much as I’d like. But their food is concistant. I wish they’d redo the “booths”. As a larger person I can’t eat in.

Ordered some delivery today, I ordered before Chow mein which usually comes with noodles. This one just came in some clear, gooey sauce. No rice, no noodles… honestly scared to eat it.

I ordered over 300 dollars worth of food for my friends joint bachelor and bachelorette party and everything was fantastic! They even called to make sure everything was good, which it most certainly was!

Fu Lay doesn’t look like much but don’t let the looks deceive you because they probably have the best Chinese food in all of Stroudsburg. They are the only Chinese place in the area that actually makes their food extra spicy if you ask for it. There has not been a single meal that has disappointed me from this place. They have a small seating area but I have only ever gotten takeout. The portions are fairly similar to all the other places but their quality is unmatched in many regards. I usually get their hot and sour soup, chicken with mixed vegetables in a curry sauce, general tso chicken combination, and lo mein. Every one of those dishes are absolutely delicious and made to order. I would recommend this place to anyone!
