First time customer. Went on a Saturday late morning, so I assume a bit busier of a time. The bowl was really good. I got the classic, and it was delicious! However, I did have to wait almost 30 minutes after ordering to receive my bowl. As did everyone else around me. Could see times on their order board, most were around 15 minutes. I’ll come back, but hopefully it’s quicker next time.

Tried this for the first time tonight. The fruit was super fresh and delicious. The avacado toast was great. We were not in a hurry which was good. The employees were friendly and helpful. Small but very pleasant atmosphere. I will be back to try some other items.

Have never been disappointed with the food itself. It is a little pricey but it’s good stuff. My issue is their service. It’s hands down among the slowest and worst of any restaurant I’ve been to. They have zero urgency in anything they do. They need to figure out how to make this stuff quicker or hire workers who can speed up a little. This stuff is not that hard to make. I literally could have been in and out of a lunch at local Firebirds quicker than it took to get my takeout order. A 1 hour wait for 1 simple bowl with about 10 people ahead of me an a Saturday early afternoon will not keep you in business much longer. There are many other reviews consistently saying the same thing….this needs fixed.

My niece introduced me to Frutta. We enjoyed our bowls. Would like to try their toast and protein balls (not sure why prices aren’t posted, that would be helpful). Like most places, they seem to be short staffed, but fortunately we were there at a time when they weren’t super busy.

I always get a Fruita bowl. The past couple times I’ve been going their I’ve asked for the Frutta Nuttella bowl but they always give me a fruit bowl but not the Fruita Nutella one. Instead they give me the one with peanut butter and honey. Overall not a bad place.

The bowls themselves are amazing, but the service is painfully slow. I’ve been coming here for years and I swear every time I come, it takes longer and longer to get my order (15-50 min). Sometimes I have to wait 5-10 min just for someone to take my order. They seriously need to hire more efficient workers or create a more efficient way of assembling the orders. Not to mention sometimes the bowls are fully frozen and solid, making you have to wait another 15 minutes for the bowls to thaw.

I wanted a smoothie bowl and what I got was a granola bowl with a TINY amount of smoothie. Not worth $12! Although the fruit on top was fresh. My friend’s smoothie was entirely frozen since the bowl bases are pre-made. He couldn’t eat it and just ended up throwing it away after eating all the toppings. The whole experience was underwhelming for too much money. You’re better off getting a popsicle or making your own bowl.

After standing around 20 minutes and asking if anyone was going to take they told me it was going to be awhile, which would have been helpful to know 20 minutes earlier so I didn’t waste my time. Employees also acted like I was a nuisance for even asking how much longer. You might get your food faster if you just order online but I know I won’t be finding out.

The bowls are DELICIOUS but I’m so disappointed in their lack of team work. It was fairly busy and there was only one girl taking orders and 3+ girls in the back. The girl that was taking orders starting making the orders and I stood there questioning why no one was coming out to help her. I waited nearly 15 min for 2 small Bermuda bowls.

Just went to the store and had a terrible experience. There were two employees and both making orders. When we walked in we were not even acknowledged. My sister and I stood there for almost 30-40 minutes without even being told a simple, “We’ll be with you in a minute.” When asked after almost 40 minutes if there was anyone to take our order we got blank stares and they had to ask someone in the back room what to say. They told us that there were four orders online that they had to make before they could even take our orders. So we walked out and did not order after that experience. Completely unprofessional and a bad experience in general.
