Okay, the more I visit this place the more I end up disappointed. The elote is never cooked enough and they never prep the cup for you. The prices as getting very expensive for what you are getting. We were very disappointed in our last purchase. Paid $7.50 for a small box of nachos! It’s just not the same anymore.

Wow amazing service a beautiful young girl named Itzel helped me out and gave me a run down about this place and what the best drinks are. We chatted a while to see what I wanted and she told me that the Mangoneada drink was the best one and I can definitely say it is the best one. She was an amazing cashier and has amazing customer service definitely needs a raise. The other coworkers had amazing attitude and seemed to be loving there job. Very quick service sometimes packed but definitely the best ice cream in Queen Creek

Will be the last time I go here. I ordered a corn cup via online. I picked it up and opened it when I got home. I opened the lid and had the parmesan soaked dry into the corn and was completely flat as if it had been in their heater for several hours. It tasted sour and overcooked from being in the standby heater. The corn was not fresh. I only ate a quarter of it. Gave me a sour stomach. I called and spoke to Cassandra. She responded clueless without any cordial customer service. I didn’t want anything for free but she was completely dismissive of my problem. What customers should realize if you order online, bewary that they might give you leftover food from someone else that didn’t pick it up. Review will be going on Yelp as well. Very dissatisfied and unpleasant experience. ⚠️ Caution of this place when you order online. The place doesn’t seem to train their employees properly.

Changing my review from great customer service, to just, eh. Corina an employee there ruined it. Today my daughter ordered 3 scoops of ice cream and she gave it to her in a tiny styrofoam cup. When my daughter asked for a cup she told that was the cup that ice cream came in. We come here all of the time and we always get a plastic cup for 3 scoops. I’m not sure if it was that my daughter is only 12. That Corina felt that she could treat her like a child and not give her what she asked for. However, that is not acceptable. When I called the store and spoke with Corina, since my daughter came home with ice cream dripping all over the place. Corina told me the same thing, that ice comes in styrofoam. I explained to her that we go there all of the time, and this has never been a problem. Example below of what it came in and what it usually comes in. Thank you Corina.

Yummy, this place has some really delicious desserts and food. It does not matter what time of year it is or how cold or hot the weather is, you should stop by and get a delicious mixed smoothie or a burger or ice cream or many other choices of delicious desserts. The owner really cares about this place and it shows. Date desert, kids, or family.

We usually only come on Sunday and had always had a great visit. This is the first time we have come on a Saturday and had a terrible experience. First of all when we arrived we had to wait a while to place our order. The girl that was placing the order had misplaced her credit card instead of viiding the order they made me wait for the girl to try to search for the card in her car. After waiting I asked her if she could void the order and take my order and she said yes. I’m not sure why she would make me wait instead of doing that in the first place. There are 4 people and it seems that all four need to be involved without any of them really knowing what they are doing. I made a second order for ice cream and I waited a while for 2 ice creams finally they called my number and it only was one of my ice cream and it was melted and a corner of the cup was broken as if it had fallen. They had given my order to someone else that was sitting there and I had to ask them to remake the ice cream they gave me. Very poor customer service experience this time. It’s not inexpensive to go out to eat and I expect good service. I wasted my money today.

They warned me two scoop might NOT fit in the regular size cup. When I asked for a bigger size, that was an extra dollar. The strawberries and cream was an extra dollar for each topping. That should be a set price which comes with everything. I get the cost of living is going up BUT overpricing on snacks is insane.
