Our family loves Frugals! Every time we go, we’re treated with kindness and eagerness! The kitchen sounds like they’re having a fun time but that doesn’t mean they don’t pump out awesome burgers! Highly recommend the Halibut Fish Sandwich as well. Disappointed to see some bad reviews on here, I’ve never had a bad time, lunch or dinner!

Great Food! Great Customer Service! And my order came out perfect with just the right amount of sauces on both of my sandwiches and the cheese curds were cooked just right what I really loved the most about my experience at this Frugals was the employee Maeva at the drive thru window appeared to be very happy at work and didn’t hesitate to offer any thing else that might make my experience as best as it could be. I will definitely be returning in the future

The service is very inconsistent at the North store. Food is good but your wait time is very unpredictable, I’ve been there third car in line and it took 25 minutes to get my order. Other times cars stacked out the parking lot and I was out in a jiffy. I think it’s the shift manager.

Go to the other location at all costs. This Frugals does not meet the quality of the south one. Got a bacon blue burger and it was the saltiest burger I have ever had in my life. It was inedible. It’s 100% worth it to drive farther or around this one to go to the original Frugals. Will never be back to this location.

Garden burger needs to be crispier its like mush in my mouth. Great milkshakes, fries, and cheese curds as always. The frugals on 93 south is more efficient at keeping orders moving. I think it’s because this new one has a lobby so it’s harder to balance the orders and time it out.
