I found this place on the way home from the coast one day and was SO impressed with the Reese’s storm that I ordered! I had never had anything like that before! The only downside is that I waited in line for over half an hour both times I’ve been here. I’ll still give it another shot, though because the ice cream is just that good.

The good, ONION RINGS were awesome (I didn’t appreciate having to pay extra for a packet of ketchup to dip them in). The so so, the burger was mediocre but hot and cooked to order not sitting under a heat lamp. The yuck, the chocolate shake was just not good. I drank about half and pitched the rest. Stopped at sonic and got a better one for the ride home.

Horrible front worker. Messing up the order missing items over 3x… even asked to quote it back and price.. knowing how much I had to spend. Quotes $27… then having to correct the entire order again after the fact and payment 3x and with managers assistance and it coming out to $41.l with the recharge. With no customer service or accommodation for their errors and time wasted. Having to then remove food from the order taking food away from children. This is why people ask to specify things ahead of time to know exactly what it is and what can be afforded. Then to be told nothing can be told because of their errors and problems. Customer service there’s ALWAYS something that can be done.

A nice nostalgic stand with good food and tasty ice cream treats and more. Staff is very friendly. It is not wheelchair or scooter accessible unless you are able to get up one or two steps. There is a drive thru, but seating is available only outside.

Growing up in Picayune and living on Frostop and Betty K’s, the Frosty Mug appeals right to my soul. Big crowd there this evening on our drive back home to Hattiesburg. The burgers were perfect. Seasoned fries were super tasty, hot and fresh. And the Storms were amazing. Best ice cream concoction I’ve had in a long time. Back to the coast tomorrow for more soccer, and we’ll probably stop again.

Sometimes it’s the family-owned, off the beaten path places that are the best surprises. This little place has the most scrumptious cheeseburgers, tater tots and fries! It has a full menu of the best things to eat. It’s out of the way if you’re traveling south on Highway 49 outside Wiggins MS but it is SO worth the 3 minute drive to their downtown to enjoy the most, delectable food.

Service exceeded expectations, and the server was very friendly. The food was great once they got my order corrected but a bit over priced.(A few cents shy of $14 for the combo.) I ordered the lot-o-burger with ketsup, mustard, and pickles only with spicy fries and a large sweet tea. I got my order and when I checked it I had a double lot-o-burger fully loaded and a crinkle cut fry. When I got home and sat down to eat I found that what I thought was a full order of spicy fries, when I checked the remake of my order, was barely half an order. Thank goodness the server let me keep the crinkle cut fries. All in all, based on service and quality, I would come back.

Used to be the best burger around, not anymore. They are now serving paper thin, flavorless patties and even found hair on the tomato on the burger. Bad customer service, high prices, and no longer offering combo prices. I understand inflation but product quality and service is way down with prices up. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
