It was our first time here and the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The surf and turf burrito was huge and the tacos were so yummy. Glad to support something other than pizza!

Super yummy! I’m not a big meat eater but the tacos were really good and presented so beautiful! We feel so bad because my mom unfortunately had one of her episodes and got sick so she couldn’t eat much, one of the gentlemen working there thought it was the food! He offered to make more tacos and kept asking if everything was ok, really amazing food and amazing staff!! Also, the portions are very generous. We will absolutely be back to try other things.

My daughter, wife, and I visited FROM THE CITY for the first time today. The owner was very friendly, explained he only used fresh ingredients per each order, and guided us through his menu, pointing out customer favorites, and even gave us a sample of Birria to taste. My daughter and I ordered the 3 Birria tacos special, which comes with your choice of soup of the day, house salad, or rice and beans, and my wife a Carnitas Sinaloa taco. My side was the soup, which was tomato but with Mexican flair, and was delicious. My daughter ordered the salad which was fresh and very large. Our Birria tacos were out of this world and extremely tasty. The Carnitas Sinaloa taco was very tasty and enjoyed by my wife immensely. The food was just fantastic, well worth the price, the large portions appreciated, and the owner and his staff were extremely polite, friendly, and one could tell they took pride in their cooking and they cooked authentically from the heart. We HIGHLY recommend FROM THE CITY and cannot wait to return to try more authentic Mexican dishes!
