My family and I got to finally try Froggy’s Caribbean BBQ tonight at Inspiration Academy. My son and I eat BBQ ribs and chicken everywhere and by far this was the BEST! It’s fall off the bone deliciousness! Do yourself a favor and give it a try. Good food and good people.

This food truck at Mixon’s serves a delicious pulled pork sandwich. The pork is seasoned in the Caribbean way, which adds a special twist to the flavor. Collard greens and rice with black beans are also very good. Owners/employees are very friendly and helpful. They soon will have lunch hour service as well as later in the day. Give them a try!

We got the pulled pork and beans with the homemade sauce today, it was the juiciest BBQ pulled pork I’ve ever had! I have driven by the Mixon Fruit Farm and smelled the BBQ- we had to pop in for lunch today. It did not disappoint. We’ll be back!

I am very picky about BBQ and chicken, yet this place managed to impress me. Food was well seasoned, well cooked, and priced reasonably. If you are in the mood for BBQ, Latin food and/or just good food then I strongly recommend. I have seen them setup mostly at Mixons.
