We stopped by after visiting the grand canyon for some ice cream and this place is awesome. Cool, small diner vibe with good service and the ice cream we got is too notch. Definitely recommend if you’re traveling through on Route 6

I hate to say it… but a McDonald’s quality fish filet sandwich for 7.95!?!? Hoppers and Poppers for 11.95?!?!

Old school eatery. I am used to Maine or New Hampshire when the further out you get in the wilderness the more farm to table you get. Albeit the burger was good I ended up having chest pain after. Observing my surroundings this place does not cater to a very healthy lifestyle. Most people eating at the location were morbidly obese. I was puzzled as to why the city had no healthy options for a good price being surrounded by so many farms? Even Philly and Jersey have a superabundance of healthy options that are farm to table. Not a bad spot for a quick greasy meal dripping in saturated fat and sugar. Clearly a local favorite. It’s good place. Charming area that is stuck in the tv dinner era.

Great little place to eat, got the signature burger and it was amazing good price and nice pit stop. Also got there hoppers and poppers (frog legs and stuffed jalapeños) so delicious and the frog legs were huge!

What a great service! And the food is absolutely delicious. I recommend the grilled ham and cheese, the chilli, and a soft-serve ice cream. Me? Next time I’ll try the curly fries.

I couldn’t believe the amount of styrofoam this restaurant used. Even the tap water was brought in styrofoam cups, which can’t be recycled and take 500 years to break down. The food itself was fine – very typical for the area, so not amazing but fine. But they were out of frog legs, the one novel thing they offer. Quite inexpensive – definitely not using the best quality ingredients. And fast service. I’d recommend avoiding this place until they use reusable dishes, cups, etc., which they probably won’t do until PA bans styrofoam.
