It was really fun. I was looking for an experience type restaurant to take my girls. I really wanted Rainforest Cafe, but they closed a long time ago. I found this place online where your food is delivered by train and thought they might think that was cool. They did! You order by a phone at your table, and then when your food is ready, a train comes and drops it off. They never came around to see if we needed anything, and they don’t serve your stuff on plates, it’s very fast food-like, but the experience is what you’re going for. I realized after I left I could have picked up the phone if we needed something. And honestly, the food was pretty good for being so fast. They even grill your onions for your burger. There were a few tables that weren’t working, and I wished we had picked one further away from the drop off, but all in all we enjoyed it and we will definitely go back again.

I’d previously only been to the crown center location which is fine but this location has way more character and isn’t the chaotic mess crown center can be.

Pretty cool place to eat. Train comes around to bring you food after you order it from a phone at the table. Good hamburgers and service. Kids will love it.

I must have went to the one closer to Union Station before. This corner location is a small, dingy restaurant which is part of the charm. It smelled heavily of a strong cleaner, like it was trying to mask something, which wasn’t pleasant. Every group of 6 or more had to wait as they have very limited seating – no problem for my daughter and I, you seat yourself. I don’t recommend sitting in the corner next to the gumball machine lol, between kids and parents clamoring for quarters and gum, and the noise from the train, I wanted to scream. The train is loud but amusing to watch it come from the kitchen and drive around the little restaurant overhead – obviously! You sit down, pick up the phone (too funny) on the wall to call in your order. Then you wait…. and the train passes overhead and drops off your meal. Food was ok, very bland and simple but cheap. My favorite part was the Oreo milkshake. Clearly for the kids!! Bathroom is tiny. It’s kind of dirty – menus, phone, gumball machine needs cleaned… floor, bathroom, but mostly just dated/”original” I suppose.

If you temper your expectations, it’s fine. Generic diner burgers and fries (and thankfully the cost reflects that). The train delivery system is the only reason to come, and it is…somewhat broken at this location.

So glad this location is still up and running. I remember going as a child and excited to take my own kiddos to experience delicious hamburgers and onion rings. Such a great experience watching the train bring our food! Clean and comfortable seating.

This place has lots of memories for me. I was mesmerized as a child watching the train deliver food. The burgers are awesome, onion rings are top notch, can’t get any better.
