I could’ve hopped the ferry and gotten a burger in Seattle faster than the time it took to receive mine here. This used to be one of my go-to places when they were down closer to the ferry. Having not been home in 5 years, I was excited to visit an old haunt. But after this experience, I will not be returning. I ordered two cheeseburgers which took over an hour. They were not slammed, in fact not even near capacity. The couple that ordered behind me had been there half an hour before learning that the staff had run out of fish and couldn’t complete their order. WHAT WERE THE EMPLOYEES DOING FOR HALF AN HOUR? They were also out of chicken and mozzarella sticks, so many people were turned away and again they weren’t even busy. So, essentially they only had burgers… and it took them over an hour to make those. Staff was not apologetic or even acknowledging of the slow service. It’s a bummer to see a local place go downhill so much.

Big portions of really good fries, and a wide variety of delicious sauces. Sauce cups are small though, and expensive to get more. Chicken strips were done just right. The manager at the counter barely looked up from her phone to acknowledge us, but the gentleman who came out of the kitchen was very helpful and had great customer service. Overall a very middle of the road experience.

We door-dashed this place. They prep the food quickly, good prices, and a nice variety of sauces. When we first started taking the food out if the bags it looked good, and the sides really were. Nice fat cheesesticks, fries and sweet potato fries were good. My favorite sauce is the Red Pepper. But we didn’t receive the variety we ordered, so i didn’t get to try many flavors. Do not recommend the Dill Ranch.

We usually eat here at least once a week and absolutely love the chicken strips and fries. They have great tasting sauces too, when they aren’t sold out. Today, not only were they out of every sauce I usually like but the food was awful. I couldn’t even eat half of it because it was so overly cooked. The fries were burnt and unsalted and the portion size was about half of what we usually get. The onion rings were so over cooked that the onions inside turned black. The chicken, which is usually very moist and satisfying, was so dry you could hardly swallow. I really hope it was just an off day because I used to really enjoy eating here but if we have another experience like this we will not be back.

To say this place is poorly managed gives too much credit. I don’t see any evidence of thoughtful management. Employees seem to be fending for themselves without a clear plan. Always friendly staff who appear to be winging it. Whoever owns this place, please to better to support your staff.

This is some of the best chicken and Swiss sandwiches I’ve ever had. I love that they have fresh cut fries and the dipping sauces are just awesome. I also love that they don’t have any preset options for what comes in your burger other than the cheese. You tell them all the toppings you want, kinda like Mod. Me, I always leave like half the toppings off, so that is such a nice feature that I really wish more places would adopt.

Perfectly cooked fries with unique dipping sauces. I had the Thai peanut sauce and my friend got the jalapeno mayo (which I thought sounded disgusting, but turned out to be my favorite). Location is great for a quick stop in while shopping… and they are open Sundays. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Will definitely visit again when I’m in town again.

Quaint and friendly staffed by locals who strive to please. The fries are homemade and homestyle not super thin and crisp but satisfying and comes with some interesting dipping sauces. I had the German sausage meal with kraut and mustard, YUM!!!

For the price there are better burger places. Their menu focuses on your choice of sauce, which makes the whole experience a bit cliche. It took about 20 min for food to arrive. But the food was hot when it did finally arrive.
