After visiting my aunt in the hospital and craving some soup, my husband and I Googled for a late-night restaurant. We stumbled upon Friendship BBQ, a place I had always wanted to try. The restaurant opens until 2 am, which was perfect for me.

The BBQ was good, we tried several different meats and our favorites were wagyu beef and lamb. The wagyu was fatty and very flavorful and the lamb was cooked just right and seasoned well. The clams were good but we did wish it had the wok flavor and cilantro on it, however we still enjoyed the clams. The cold vegetables were delicious and went great with the BBQ.

Fried Rice with beef Skewer牛肉串炒饭 was not very tasty especially with the vegetable that they chose to put in the fried rice. The vegetable tasted bitter. The best part of the fried rice was the beef in it. The beef was seasoned well and tender. The Lamb skewers (3 skewer) 羊肉串（肥瘦）(3串) were delicious. The Dirty Mango Milk芒果脏脏鲜奶 was light on sugar even though I recall asking for more sugar and less ice instead they did less ice and less sugar. Therefore, the Dirty Mango Milk芒果脏脏鲜奶 did not have a strong mango flavor or sweetness to it. Overall the meal was just ok. Nothing special.

Tried a variety of skewers, shrimp fried rice and fried fish. The wagyu, king mushroom, fish tofu, rice cake, and pork belly with enoki mushroom skewers were great! The other skewers were a bit chewy or overcooked. The fried rice was small for the price but did have a lot of shrimp. The fried fish was soso. For drinks we had the peach yogurt drink and strawberry smoothie, both were good. Service was friendly and quick, 4/5 overall.

Great Chinese northern style of BBQ skewers and other street food such as MaLa Tang and braised meet. authentic food, ample choices, cozy ambience and great services, best part – it open till late. I’m always frustrated that in DFW area so hard find decent restaurants (not fast food, not shady neighborhoods) for late night hunger rush. If you have a crave about Asian street food like me, check this place out, it’s great

I’ve been eyeballing this place for a good minute. Every time I go eat at tofu House off of legacy I noticed that they were building this out and we finally had some spare time to sit down and eat with the fam. Would definitely say this is like a anime inspired modern Chinese spot. Cool concept they bring out scooters of all different types of protein and vegetables and they have some pretty good scallop dishes and oysters. Definitely going to come back and try some other things and plus they have one of my favorite teas of all time there so already bias!

Probably the best Chinese-style BBQ joints in DFW. In addition to kabobs, the noodles and mala-style items are great too. If you’re looking for happy hour fun or late night snack check this place out.

Pretty good taste and I recommend Roasted Mutton Cubes on Rose Willow Bronch, Mongolia Beef, and Squid in Cup. The serving experience is also good.
