Whenever I am home and visiting my family this is always a place that I crave. I feel like Indian Food isn’t appreciated nearly enough in a town like Lodi, this food is on par with many Indian restaurants in LA county and around the state. Very clean and straight forward Indian food restaurant. Plenty of seating and a large selection of traditional dishes. I had the medium butter chicken with rice along with the garlic naan. The preparation was perfect and the portions are the right size. The overall price points are very fair. If you are in the area, please visit this location in the event you or your group would like some high quality Indian meals.

Me Matters
No one has really updated the restaurant. There’s no more buffet but take out only. The main dishes have almost doubled in price despite being higher than normal food cost for us lately. Just FYI.

I ordered my meal through Uber Eats. This would have been a 5 star review but in my order I asked for utensils. Apparently they think I’m better off eating like a caveman? Because there definitely were no utensils, napkins etc. So they lose a star for not following a simple order note.

Went to the buffet lunch. Food tasted pretty good but very limited selection and the owner was the only waiter he left our plates to pile up and basically ignored us. Rude. There were only a few people there but when he finally came to give us our naan the plates were on the table and he still wouldn’t pick them up, (maybe it was beneath him, since other tables had the same issue).

SHADY….if you call in an order check the prices on the menu. This guy does his own math, and you will pay a “premium” if you do not have a menu in front of you. Food is ok, but will never ever return as a result of being incredibly overcharged. Oh that 30 – 50 range was over 50 for 2 entrees and naan.

We got an order of chicken Tikka Masala mild and basmati rice, it was AMAZING! I had a little bit of kick to it, as expected, but just the right amount. The chicken is moist and the Masala sauce is nice and creamy. We also had an order of Nan and Samosas. We will definitely be back.
